Description

  

  Die     Erfindung    bezieht sich auf eine neue Art der soge  nannten automatischen Aschenbecher, bei welchen durch  Kippen des Deckels die Asche ins Innere des Aschenbechers  befördert werden kann.  



  Zu diesem Zweck zeichnet sich der erfindungsgemässe  Aschenbecher dadurch aus, dass er zwei übereinander  liegende,     hohlzylindrische    Teile aufweist, wobei der Unterteil  mit einem festen Boden und an seiner     Mantelfläche    über den  ganzen Umfang mit einer Absetzung versehen ist, über  welche der Oberteil greift, und wobei der Oberteil oben einen  einspringenden     Wulstrand        aufweist,    unterhalb dessen zwei       halbkreisförmige    Deckelteile kippbar angeordnet sind.  



  Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung  beispielsweise näher erläutert. Es zeigen:       Fig.    1 einen senkrechten Schnitt durch den Aschenbecher  und       Fig.    2 einen Seitenaufriss, teilweise im Schnitt.  



  Diese beiden Figuren zeigen einen automatischen Aschen  becher, bestehend aus einem unteren Körper 7 mit Stiften 6,  welche in hierzu vorgesehenen     Ausnehmungen    9 an einer  beispielsweise aus Kunststoff hergestellten Hülse 1 gleiten,  welche Hülse fest mit dem übrigen Körper 5 verbunden ist.  Die beiden Körper liegen übereinander, wobei die Hülse des  oberen Körpers auf eine am Umfang des unteren Körpers  angebrachte Absetzung mit Spiel passt. Die Hülse 1 ist mit  einander gegenüberliegenden Kerben versehen, in denen die  Enden einer Drehachse 3 der beiden halbkreisförmigen     Dek-          kelhälften    2 liegen.  



  Die Drehung dieser beiden Deckel und somit das Öffnen  des Aschenbechers wird erreicht, indem man den oberen  Körper 5 vom unteren 7 abhebt, so dass die Stifte 6 dem  senkrechten Teil der     Ausnehmung    9     entlanggleiten.    Befindet  sich der Aschenbecher jedoch in Ruhestellung, so liegen die  beiden Deckel 2 auf den am oberen Rand des Körpers 7 an  gebrachten Vorsprüngen 10 auf. Zieht man am oberen Kör  per 5, so folgt die Achse 3 dieser Bewegung und kommt so  über die Vorsprünge 10 zu liegen; hierbei nehmen die beiden  Deckel 2 eine schräge Stellung ein, so dass Asche usw. auf  diesen Deckeln in das Innere des Aschenbechers abrutscht.  



  Zum     Auseinandernehmen    ist folglich eine Drehung des  oberen Körpers bei gleichzeitiger     Aufwärtsbewegung    erfor  derlich, damit die Stifte 6 dem geneigten Teil der     Ausneh-          mung    9     entlanggleiten    und heraustreten.  



  Am unteren Teil wurde ein Untersatz 8, beispielsweise  aus Filz, vorgesehen, damit der Boden des Aschenbechers  seine     Auflagefläche    nicht verkratzt.    Bei ihrer Kippbewegung nach unten kommen die beiden  Deckel 2 nicht senkrecht zu liegen, da ein Teil 4 in der Form  eines dreieckigen Prismas an der Achse 3 angebracht ist,  dessen Aufgabe ausschliesslich darin besteht, eine solche  gegenseitige Anlehnung     zu    verhindern, welche das Zusam  mensetzen erschweren würde.

  The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 a vertical section through the ashtray and FIG. 2 a side elevation, partially in section.



  These two figures show an automatic ashtray consisting of a lower body 7 with pins 6, which slide in recesses 9 provided for this purpose on a sleeve 1 made of plastic, for example, which sleeve is firmly connected to the rest of the body 5. The two bodies lie one on top of the other, with the sleeve of the upper body fitting on a shoulder attached to the circumference of the lower body with play. The sleeve 1 is provided with opposing notches in which the ends of an axis of rotation 3 of the two semicircular cover halves 2 lie.



  The rotation of these two lids, and thus the opening of the ashtray, is achieved by lifting the upper body 5 from the lower 7 so that the pins 6 slide along the vertical part of the recess 9. However, if the ashtray is in the rest position, the two covers 2 rest on the projections 10 attached to the upper edge of the body 7. If you pull on the upper body by 5, the axis 3 follows this movement and comes to rest over the projections 10; in this case, the two covers 2 assume an inclined position so that ashes etc. slide off on these covers into the interior of the ashtray.



  In order to disassemble it, a rotation of the upper body with simultaneous upward movement is consequently necessary so that the pins 6 slide along the inclined part of the recess 9 and emerge.



  A base 8, for example made of felt, was provided on the lower part so that the bottom of the ashtray does not scratch its contact surface. When tilting downward, the two lids 2 do not come to lie vertically, since a part 4 in the form of a triangular prism is attached to the axis 3, the sole purpose of which is to prevent such mutual contact, which make it difficult to put together would.
