Description
Rohrschelle
Fig. 1 die Rohrschelle in perspektivischer Ansicht,
Pipe clamp
In the main patent, a pipe clamp is described whose pipe socket has two complementary brackets fastened to one another by means of a screw, and which is characterized in that a threaded bushing is attached to an extension of one of these brackets, which is provided with an internal thread.
According to a preferred embodiment, the threaded bushing is riveted to the free end of the bracket extension.
With the threaded rod or pipe to be inserted into this internal thread, the other end of which is inserted, for example, in a dowel, pipes can already be laid freely; That is, variations in the distance between the pipe and a wall, ceiling or other component can be compensated for when using several pipe clamps by cutting each threaded bolt to the respective distance from the component. Certain angular tolerances between the actual and the intended course of the tube can also be absorbed by the fact that the threaded bushing can rotate around the threaded rod, i. that is, the tube can twist in a plane perpendicular to the threaded rod.
In some cases, however, these compensation options are not sufficient. For example, longitudinal expansions in the tube can only be absorbed with difficulty as a result of heating and only with great stress on the anchorage. It is also not possible to tilt the tube in a plane perpendicular to that mentioned above.
According to the invention, these compensation possibilities are absorbed by an improved pipe clamp, which is characterized in that an intermediate piece with an attached threaded bushing is fastened to two extensions attached to the brackets and moves relative to a part connecting the two extensions by means of a bore provided in it can.
According to a preferred embodiment, the two brackets are provided at their ends facing away from the extensions with a toothing connecting the two brackets.
Embodiments of the improved pipe clamp are shown in the drawings. Show it:
1 shows the pipe clamp in a perspective view,
2 shows the toothing of the two brackets, also in a perspective view, and a different assembly of the intermediate piece.
As can be seen from the drawing, the brackets 2 and 3 known from the main patent now have two extensions 4 and 5 of the same length, which are pulled together by the screw 8.
At its end facing away from the threaded opening, the threaded bushing 12 has an intermediate piece 20 which is inserted between the two extensions 4 and 5. Instead of in between, it can also be attached outside the same (FIG. 2). A hole, preferably an elongated hole 21, the width of which is greater than the screw diameter, allows the bracket to slide laterally relative to the threaded bolt 16 and also allows the bracket to rotate to a certain extent around the axis of the screw 8. This allows longitudinal fluctuations in the tube to be accommodated flexibly, as well also minor assembly errors, for example those that arise from the fact that the threaded bolts are not inserted exactly parallel to one another in the case of several pipe clamps next to one another.
So that the two brackets 2 and 3 are not pulled away from one another under the action of tensions acting on the tube 9, they are provided with a toothing connecting the two brackets at their ends facing away from the extensions 4 and 5. According to FIG. 2, this can consist of a round extension 22 which is connected to the bracket 3 by a neck 23 and which engages in a correspondingly shaped recess 24 on the bracket 2. This allows tensile forces occurring in the circumferential direction of the bracket to be absorbed.
