Description
Zweiradanhänger Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zweiradanhänger und bezweckt, einen einfachen und zuverlässigen Anhänger zu schaffen, bei dem zur Erleichterung des Beladens und Entladens mittels einer Antriebsvorrichtung das Fahrge stell relativ zu den Rädern höhenverstellbar und die Deichsel am Fahrgestell verschwenkbar ist.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes mit den im vorliegenden Zu sammenhang wesentlichen Teilen dargestellt.
Es zeigen: Fig. 1 einen Aufriss eines Zweiradanhängers in zwei verschiedenen Höhenlagen der Ladebrücke in bezug auf die Räder und Fig. 2 einen Teil des Grundrisses zu Fig. 1.
Der dargestellte Zweiradanhänger hat ein Fahrge stell 1, welches die nur teilweise dargestellte Ladebrücke 2 trägt. An dem Fahrgestell 1 sind die beiden Räder 3 mittels je eines Längslenkers 4 aufgehängt. Die Längs- lenker sind fest mit einer am Fahrgestell 1 ,drehbar gela gerten Welle 5 verbunden. Die Deichsel 6 ist durch einen Arm eines Winkelhebels gebildet, der in einer vertikalen Ebene schwenkbar ist.
An einem der Quer träger des Fahrgestelles 1 sind ,die Zylinder zweier hydraulischer Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten 7 befestigt. Die Kolbenstange dieser Einheiten greifen an eine Tra verse 8 an, die in Längsschlitzen 9 der Längsträger des Fahrgestelles 1 geführt und in der Längsrichtung des Anhängers verschiebbar ist. In :der ausgezogen darge stellten Lage der Traverse 8 stehen .die Zylinder-Kol- ben-Einheiten 7 unter Druck. Die Traverse 8 ist ,durch eine Zugstange 10 mit dem anderen Arm 11 des Win kelhebels verbunden.
Zwei Zugbänder 12 sind je mit einem Ende an der Traverse 8 und mit dem anderen Ende an einer Kette 13 befestigt, welche mit einem Ket- tenradsegment 14 im Eingriff steht, das fest mit der Welle 5 verbunden ist. Der Arbeitsraum der Zylinder- Kolben-Einheiten 7 ist durch eine (nur teilweise darge stellte) Leitung 15 mit einer Anschlussarmatur 16 ver bunden. Diese Anschlussarmatur 16 dient dazu, die Lei tung 15 an die Hydraulikanlage des Zugfahrzeuges (z. B.
eines Traktors) anzuschliessen. Der Anhänger hat nicht dargestellte Arretiermittel, welche es ermöglichen, die Deichsel 6 und den Längslenker 4 in wenigstens einer wählbaren Stellung zu arretieren, wozu eine Arretierung eines .dieser Teile oder der Traverse 8 genügt. Diesem Zweck kann auch ein Schliessventil in .der Leitung 15 oder in der Hydraulikanlage des Zugfahrzeuges die nen.
Es ist jedoch eine zusätzliche, mechanische Arre tierung zweckmässig.
Wenn in der ausgezogen dargestellten Lage der be weglichen Teile der Arbeitsraum der Zylinder-Kolben- Einheiten 7, gegebenenfalls nach Lösen der Arretie rung, vom Druck entlastet wird, schwenken die Deichsel 6 und die Längslenker 4 unter der Wirkung des Gewich tes insbesondere des Fahrgestells 1 und gegebenenfalls der Last in die strichpunktiert dargestellte Stellung 6' bzw.
4', wobei. die Traverse 8 in die Stellung 8' verscho- ben wird und .das Fahrgestell 1 mit der Ladebrücke 2 sich in die Stellung 1' bzw. 2' senkt.
Für ein Zugfahrzeug mit gegebener Höhe des Zughakens über ;dem Boden, sind die Länge der Deichsel 6 und des Armes 11 in bezug auf diejenige des Längslenkers 4 so bemessen, und deren Neigungen so gewählt, dass bei diesem Senkendes Fahrgestelles die auf dasselbe bezogenen vertikalen Bewegungskomponenten des Endes der Deichsel 6 und der Radachse an den Enden der Längslenker 4 einander wenigstens annä@ hernd gleich sind,
.sodass das Fahrgestell und die Lade brücke ihre horizontale (bzw. zum Boden parallele) Lage beibehalten.
Um den Zweiradanhänger auch bei Zugfahrzeugen mit anderer Höhe des Zughakens über dem Boden ver wenden zu können, können die Länge und die Neigung der Deichsel 6 und/o@der des Armes 11 und/oder der Zugstange 10 veränderbar sein.
Indem ,die Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten 7 beaufschlagt werden, kann das Fahrgestell mit der Ladebrücke und gegebenenfalls der Last wieder ohne von der Horizon talen nennenswert abzuweichen in die ausgezogen dar- gestellte Lage 1 bzw. 2 gehoben werden. Auf dieselbe Weise kann das Fahrgestell mit der Ladebrücke und ge- gebenenfalls der Last auch ;
auf eine innerhalbder ge;geb.e- nen Grenzen beliebige Höhe gesenkt oder gehoben und in dieser Höhe durch Schliessen des Ventils in der Lei- turig arretiert werden. Wenn der Anhänger die zusätzli che mechanische Arretiervorrichtung hat, kann das Fahrgestell auch durch diese je nach .deren Ausführung in einer beliebigen oder einer wählbaren von mehreren Höhenlagen arretiert werden.
An die Stelle der Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten 7 kann auch eine Antriebsvorrichtung anderer Art treten. Bei spielsweise kann die Traverse 8 mittels zweier durch eine Handkurbel gemeinsam antreibbarer Gewindespin deln verschiebbar sein. An Stelle des Zwgmittelgetriebes 12, 13, 14 ist beispielsweise auch ein Hebelgetriebe ver wendbar.
Two-wheel trailer The invention relates to a two-wheel trailer and aims to create a simple and reliable trailer in which the Fahrge alternately adjustable in height relative to the wheels and the drawbar on the chassis can be pivoted to facilitate loading and unloading by means of a drive device.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown with the essential parts in the present context.
There are shown: FIG. 1 an elevation of a two-wheel trailer in two different heights of the loading bridge in relation to the wheels; and FIG. 2 a part of the outline for FIG. 1.
The two-wheel trailer shown has a Fahrge alternate 1, which carries the dock leveler 2, which is only partially shown. The two wheels 3 are suspended from the chassis 1 by means of a trailing arm 4 each. The trailing arms are firmly connected to a shaft 5 which is rotatably supported on the chassis 1. The drawbar 6 is formed by an arm of an angle lever which is pivotable in a vertical plane.
On one of the cross members of the chassis 1, the cylinders of two hydraulic cylinder-piston units 7 are attached. The piston rod of these units attack a Tra verse 8, which is guided in longitudinal slots 9 of the side members of the chassis 1 and is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the trailer. In: the position of the cross member 8 shown in solid lines, the cylinder-piston units 7 are under pressure. The traverse 8 is connected by a pull rod 10 to the other arm 11 of the winch lever.
Two tension straps 12 are each fastened at one end to the cross member 8 and at the other end to a chain 13 which engages with a chain wheel segment 14 which is firmly connected to the shaft 5. The working chamber of the cylinder-piston units 7 is ver by a (only partially Darge presented) line 15 with a connection fitting 16 connected. This connection fitting 16 is used to connect the line 15 to the hydraulic system of the towing vehicle (e.g.
a tractor). The trailer has locking means, not shown, which make it possible to lock the drawbar 6 and the trailing arm 4 in at least one selectable position, for which purpose a locking of one of these parts or the traverse 8 is sufficient. A closing valve in the line 15 or in the hydraulic system of the towing vehicle can also serve this purpose.
However, it is advisable to use an additional mechanical locking mechanism.
If, in the position of the moving parts shown in solid lines, the working space of the cylinder-piston units 7 is relieved of pressure, possibly after loosening the locking mechanism, the drawbar 6 and the trailing arm 4 pivot under the effect of the weight, especially of the chassis 1 and, if necessary, the load in the position 6 'or
4 ', where. the traverse 8 is moved into the position 8 'and. the chassis 1 with the loading bridge 2 is lowered into the position 1' or 2 '.
For a towing vehicle with a given height of the draw hook above; the ground, the length of the drawbar 6 and the arm 11 are dimensioned in relation to that of the trailing arm 4, and their inclinations are chosen so that when the chassis is lowered, the vertical movement components related to it the end of the drawbar 6 and the wheel axle at the ends of the trailing arm 4 are at least approximately the same,
.so that the chassis and the loading bridge maintain their horizontal (or parallel to the ground) position.
In order to be able to use the two-wheel trailer also in towing vehicles with a different height of the draw hook above the ground, the length and inclination of the drawbar 6 and / or that of the arm 11 and / or the pull rod 10 can be changed.
By acting on the cylinder-piston units 7, the chassis with the loading bridge and possibly the load can again be lifted into the position 1 or 2 shown in solid lines without deviating significantly from the horizontal. In the same way, the chassis with the loading bridge and, if necessary, the load;
be lowered or raised to any height within the given limits and locked in the pipe at this height by closing the valve. If the trailer has the additional mechanical locking device, the chassis can also be locked by this, depending on the design, in any or one of several heights that can be selected.
Instead of the cylinder-piston units 7, a drive device of another type can also be used. For example, the traverse 8 can be slidable by means of two threaded spindles that can be driven together by a hand crank. In place of the mid-drive mechanism 12, 13, 14, for example, a lever mechanism can also be used.
