Description

  

      Strassenbordkantenschneider       Die Erfindung betrifft einen     Strassenbordkanten-          schneider,    mit dem auf mechanischem Weg und mit  grosser Geschwindigkeit das über die Borde einer  Strasse wachsende Gras oder Unkraut entfernt werden  kann.  



  Der erfindungsgemässe     Strassenbordkantenschnei-          der    besitzt ein seitlich an einem Fahrzeug     auszukup-          pelndes,    fahrbares Gestell, versehen mit     einem    um  eine waagrechte Achse drehbaren, in der Arbeitsrich  tung gerichteten     Scheibensech,    mit einer seitlich hinter  diesem waagrecht und quer zu der Arbeitsrichtung  angeordneten Aufnahmeschar und einem über dieser  Schar angeordneten, drehbaren     Zerkleinerungs-    und  Schleuderrad, das auf ein Förderband auswirft, wel  ches am Abführende mit einer verstellbaren     Abführ-          rinne    ausgestattet ist.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des  Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen       Fig.    1 eine Draufsicht und       Fig.    2 eine Seitenansicht des     Strassenbordkanten-          schneiders    in der Betriebslage und       Fig.    3 eine perspektivische Ansicht des Strassen  bordkantenschneiders.  



  Gemäss     Fig.    1 und 2 ist der     Strassenbordkanten-          schneider    mit einem fahrbaren Gestell versehen, wel  ches z. B. mittels Schnellkupplungen seitlich an ein  Zugfahrzeug befestigt werden kann.

   Das Gestell trägt       (Fig.    3) ein um eine waagrechte Achse drehbares, in  der durch den Pfeil A bezeichneten Arbeitsrichtung  gerichtetes     Scheibensech    1, eine seitlich hinter diesem  waagrecht und quer zu der Arbeitsrichtung an-    geordnete Aufnahmeschar 2 und ein über dieser Schar  angeordnetes, in einem Gehäuse drehbares     Zerkleine-          rungs-    und Schleuderrad 3, das über eine in dem  Gehäuse angeordnete Öffnung auf den oberen       Schlaufenteil    eines Förderbandes 4     auswirft.    An dem  Abführende des Förderbandes     befindet    sich eine ver  stellbare     Abführrinne    5,

   mittels der das vom Förder  band zugeführte zerkleinerte Gut     in    einem hinter dem  Zugfahrzeug angespannten Transportwagen abgelagert  oder auf der anderen Seite über die Strassenböschung  zerstreut werden kann.  



  Die beweglichen Teile des     Strassenbordkanten-          schneiders    können in an sich bekannter Weise durch  eine Zapfenwelle des Zugfahrzeuges oder durch einen  Hydromotor angetrieben werden.

  According to Fig. 1 and 2, the road curb cutter is provided with a mobile frame, wel Ches z. B. can be attached to the side of a towing vehicle by means of quick-release couplings.

   The frame carries (FIG. 3) a disc coulter 1 which can be rotated about a horizontal axis and is directed in the working direction indicated by the arrow A, a receiving coulter 2 arranged laterally behind this horizontally and transversely to the working direction and a coulter 2 arranged above this coulter in a housing rotatable comminuting and centrifugal wheel 3 which ejects onto the upper loop part of a conveyor belt 4 via an opening arranged in the housing. At the discharge of the conveyor belt is an adjustable discharge channel 5,

   by means of which the comminuted material supplied by the conveyor belt can be deposited in a transport vehicle attached to the rear of the towing vehicle or can be scattered over the road embankment on the other side.



  The moving parts of the curb cutter can be driven in a manner known per se by a pin shaft of the towing vehicle or by a hydraulic motor.
