Description
Maschine zum Bündigfräsen von an Holzplatten angeleimten Querleisten In der Holzindustrie stellt sich oft das Problem des Bündigfräsens bzw. Hobelns von Quer-(Stirn-) leisten, die an Holz oder Tischlerplatten angeleimt worden sind. Das kommt vor allem vor bei Rand leisten von Tischblättern. Wohl lässt sich dieses Bün dighobeln bzw. Fräsen mit Hilfe der vorhandenen und bekannten Hobel- und Fräsmaschinen durch führen, aber diese Maschinen erlauben keine ratio nelle, schnelle Bearbeitung dieser Art.
Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass ein Elektromotor mit senkrecht nach oben ge richteter Abtriebswelle auf dieser Abtriebswelle einen Fräskopf trägt, dessen Schnittebene in der gemein samen Auflageebene von zwei mittels Steckzapfen in einer gelochten Tischebene versetzbaren Auflage leisten liegt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 einen Grundriss, Fig. 2 einen Vertikalschnitt nach der Linie II-II von Fig. 1, Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III von Fig. 1 des zugehörigen Vorschubapparates.
Ein fest eingebauter hochtouriger Elektromotor M trägt auf seiner senkrecht nach oben gerichteten Ab triebswelle Ml einen auswechselbaren Fräskopf M2, dessen Schnittebenen bündig in der gemeinsamen Auflagefläche von zwei Auflageleisten L1 und L2 lie gen, welche je an ihrer Unterseite Steckzapfen l auf weisen, mittels welcher sie in Löchern lo einer tiefer liegenden Tischplatte T versetzbar sind. Es kann nun eine Holzplatte P mit angeleimten Stirnleisten P auf diese Auflageleisten L1 und L2 aufgelegt und in Rich tung des Pfeils a über den Fräskopf M2 geführt wer den, wobei die Stirnleisten bündig gefräst werden.
Die an den Auflageleisten L1 und L2 abgekehrte Hälfte des Fräskopfes M2 wird durch eine Schutz haube<I>H</I> abgedeckt, an deren Stosskante<I>L</I> die ab zufräsende Stirnleiste P entlanggeführt wird.
Das Verschieben der Holzplatte wird durch einen Vorschubapparat V erleichtert, der, um die Hori zontalachse V1 kippbar auf einem stehenden Sok- kel V2 gelagert ist und innerhalb der Schutzhaube V3, die über einen Riementrieb V4 angetriebene Trans portwalze V5 enthält.

According to the present invention it is provided that an electric motor with vertically upwardly directed output shaft carries a milling head on this output shaft, the cutting plane of which lies in the common support plane of two supports that can be displaced by means of plug-in pins in a perforated table plane.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a plan view, FIG. 2 shows a vertical section along the line II-II of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a section along the line III-III from FIG. 1 of the associated feed apparatus.
A built-in high-speed electric motor M carries on its vertically upwardly directed output shaft Ml an exchangeable milling head M2, the cutting planes of which lie flush in the common support surface of two support strips L1 and L2, which each have plug pins l on their underside, by means of which they in holes lo a lower table top T can be moved. Moving the wooden panel is facilitated by a feed device V, which is mounted on a standing base V2 so that it can be tilted about the horizontal axis V1 and contains the transport roller V5 within the protective cover V3, which is driven via a belt drive V4.
