Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Hydrazons eines heterocyclischen Aldehyds Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Hydrazons eines heterocyclischen Aldehyds, Glas dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man Pi- peronal mit Nikotinsäurehydrazid umsetzt. Das so erhaltene Piperonal-nikotinsäurehydra- zon schmilzt bei 199-200 C. Es soll als Arz neimittel verwendet werden.
<I>Beispiel</I> 69 Gewichtsteile Nikotinsäurehydrazid wer den in 1000 Volumteilen Methanol warm ge löst und diese Lösung mit 75 Gewichtsteilen Piperonal etwa drei Stunden am Rückfluss gekocht. Das nach dem Erkalten abgeschie dene Piperonal-nikotinsäurehydrazon, das in einer Menge von 127 Gewichtsteilen entstan den ist, schmilzt bei 199-200 C.
