Description

  

  Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung eines Nebelstrahles zur Zylinderbefeuchtung  von     Offsetmaschinen.            Gegenstand    des Hauptpatentes ist eine Vor  richtung zur Erzeugung eines Nebelstrahles  zur     Zylinderbefeuelitung    von     Offsetmaschinen,     welche einen länglichen hasten mit einem  Längsschlitz aufweist sowie Mittel, um einen  Luftstrom über die Schlitzlänge gleichmässig  verteilt zu erzeugen, sowie     -Mittel    zum Zer  stäuben von Wasser, um letzteres gleichmässig  verteilt     vom    Luftstrom als Nebelstrahl durch  den Schlitz     naeli    dein Zylinder der Offset  maschine zu fördern.  



  In den meisten Fällen schlägt sich nicht  der ganze Nebelstrahl auf dem     Zylinder    nieder  und der sieh nicht niederschlagende Teil tritt.  in den Arbeitsraum aus und erhöht dessen  Feuchtigkeitsgehalt derart, dass darin befind  liche     3lasehinenteile    zum Rosten neigen.  



  Zweck vorliegender     zusätzlicher    Erfindung  ist es, diesen Nachteil zu beheben.  



  Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass     gemäla'    der  Erfindung beidseitig vom Längsschlitz Räume  angeordnet sind, welche unter einem Unter  druck stehen, um die Teile des Nebelstrahles,  welche sich nicht     auf    dem Zylinder nieder  schlagen, abzusaugen und ihren Austritt in  den Arbeitsraum zu verhindern.  



  Ein     Ausführungsbeispiel    des Erfindungs  gegenstandes ist auf beiliegender     Zeichnung-          schematisch        irn    Schnitt. dargestellt.  



  Die Vorrichtung besteht wie im Haupt  patent aus einem länglichen Kasten 6, der mit       einem        Längsschlitz    7 versehen ist, welcher sich  in der     --litte    der dem Zylinder 5 zugekehrten  Wand des Kastens befindet. Beidseitig vom    Längsschlitz 7 sind Räume     ?1    vorgesehen,  welche teilweise durch mit dem Kasten ver  bundene Wände     ?2    begrenzt sind, die sich bis  in die Nähe der Zylinderoberfläche erstrecken.  In, den Räumen     \?1    wird ein Unterdruck, z. B.  mittels eines Saugventilators, erzeugt.

   Der sieh  nicht auf der     Zylinderoberfläche        niedersehla-          gende    Teil des Nebenstrahles tritt in die  Räume 21 ein, wird abgesaugt und so am Aus  tritt in den Arbeitsraum verhindert.

  The purpose of the present additional invention is to remedy this disadvantage.



  This is achieved in that, according to the invention, spaces are arranged on both sides of the longitudinal slot, which are under a negative pressure in order to suck off the parts of the mist jet which are not reflected on the cylinder and to prevent their exit into the working space.



  An embodiment of the subject invention is on the accompanying drawing - schematically in section. shown.



  As in the main patent, the device consists of an elongated box 6, which is provided with a longitudinal slot 7, which is located in the middle of the wall of the box facing the cylinder 5.
