      Etai    réglable.    La présente invention se rapporte aux  étais réglables comprenant deux éléments tu  bulaires montés de faon à pouvoir coulisser       l'un    dans l'autre et à pouvoir être fixés dans  une position relative déterminée par une che  ville de butée traversant diamétralement l'élé  ment tubulaire intérieur et prenant appui sur  un écrou (le réglage fin se vissant sur un  filetage de l'élément tubulaire extérieur. Ces  étais connus sont utilisés notamment comme  supports clé coffrages.  



  La charge de ces     étais    est presque entière  ment supportée, par l'intermédiaire de la che  ville de butée et de l'écrou de     réglage    fin, par  le filetage de l'élément tubulaire extérieur sur  lequel se visse ledit écrou. Ce filetage a donc  tendance à s'user     fozlement    du fait des efforts  de compression et de cisaillement qu'il subit.  



  L'objet de la présente invention est.     un     étai     ré--la.ble    comprenant deux éléments tubu  laires montés de façon à pouvoir     coulisser     l'un dans l'autre et à pouvoir être fixés dans  une position relative     déterminée    par une  cheville de butée traversant diamétralement  l'élément.     tubulaire    intérieur et prenant  appui sur un écrou de réglage fin se vissant  sur un filetage extérieur de l'élément tubu  laire extérieur, caractérisé en ce que ledit élé  ment tubulaire extérieur est composé de deux       pièees,    dont l'une porte ledit filetage et est  fixée à l'autre de façon amovible.  



  Les deux pièces composant l'élément. tubu  laire extérieur peuvent être accouplées bout    à bout au moyen :d'un manchon d'accouple  ment à vis ou à baïonnette.  



  Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet.  de l'invention en élévation, avec parties en  coupe.
