Description
Anti-skid protection for pillion riders on motorcycles. The accident statistics indicate that in most cases of motorcycle accidents the pillion rider is affected by the. is thrown off by a strong impact or by strong sudden braking action and is killed.
With the anti-skid protection for pillion riders on motorcycles according to the invention, the possibility of hurling is completely ruled out, the freedom of movement of the pillion rider's legs not being impaired.
The anti-skid protection according to the invention for pillion riders on motorcycles is characterized in that an iron bar, which is provided with two straps, on one of which a buckle is attached, is fastened under the suspension of the pillion seat, for the purpose of buckling the pillion rider over the bars so that @ he cannot be thrown away.
Depending on the design of the pillion, the bar can be screwed onto the rear under the pillion seat suspension using two clamps or brackets using screws. It can be provided with loops through which the straps are pulled and sewn or riveted in place. The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows the bracket with the straps and the Schnadle. 1 is the bracket with two holes to screw on the brackets or brackets, 2 is the strap to fasten the pillion rider. Fig. 2 shows in plan the bracket with the belt 2, attached to a pillion seat, and Fig. 3 shows a motor wheel with the anti-skid.
The bracket 1 is attached under the suspension of the pillion seat and must be adapted to the width of an adult: human. The straps 2 are strapped over the bars of the pillion rider and are independent of the handle on the pillion seat.
