Description
<B>Plateau.</B> Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Plateau mit einer von einem Rand um gebenen Auflagefläche für auf derselben zu zersohneidende Lebensmittel, wie Butter, Käse, Kuchen und dergleichen.
Gemäss der Erfindung liegt die Auflage fqäche gegenüber,dem Rande erhöht.
Diese Ausbildung erleichtert das vol'lstän- @dige Zerschneiden der Lebenemittel mittels eines Messers von einen Ende zum andern, indem der Rand des Plateaus dabei nioht hin derlich ist.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung istein Aus- fülhrun"o"sbei.spie,l des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht des Plateaus, Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt und Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt :desselben.
Das gezeichnete Plateau weist eine Auf- lagefläche 1 und einen dieselbe umgebenden Rand 2 auf. Der Rand 2 liegt dabei tiefer als die Auflagefläche. Die Unterseite der Auflagefläche 1 ist mittels Rippen 3 verstärkt.
Das Plateau kann aus Glas, Porzellan, Steingut, Kunstharz oder Metall hergestellt sein. Insbesondere bei Plateaus, .die aus ela- stischem Stoff hergestellt und, dünnwandig sind, können die erwähnten Rippen 3 vorge sehen sein.
Die Umrissform des Plateaus kann statt wie dargestellt auch rund, oval oder vieleckig sein.
<B> Plateau. </B> The present invention relates to a plateau with a supporting surface, which is surrounded by an edge, for foodstuffs, such as butter, cheese, cakes and the like, to be crushed thereon.
According to the invention, the support surface is opposite the edge, raised.
This design facilitates the complete cutting of the foodstuffs by means of a knife from one end to the other, in that the edge of the plateau is not obstructed.
The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, specifically showing: FIG. 1 a plan view of the plateau, FIG. 2 a longitudinal section and FIG. 3 a cross section of the same.
The plateau shown has a support surface 1 and an edge 2 surrounding the same. The edge 2 is lower than the support surface. The underside of the support surface 1 is reinforced by means of ribs 3.
The platform can be made of glass, porcelain, earthenware, synthetic resin or metal. In particular in the case of plateaus that are made of elastic material and are thin-walled, the aforementioned ribs 3 can be provided.
The outline shape of the plateau can also be round, oval or polygonal instead of as shown.
