Description
La poutre représentée à la fig. 1 com prend deux demi-poutres 1 et 2, comportant des âmes 3 'et 4; chacune de celles-ci est cons tituée par deux rangées 5 et 6 de planches; les planches de chaque rangée 5 et 6 sont juxtaposées, c'est-à-dire placées jointivement les unes à côté des autres; en iutre, les plan ches de l'une des rangées sont superposées à celles de l'autre;
Profiled wooden beam. The present invention relates to a profiled beam, characterized by the fact that it consists of two half-beams in the form of a U assembled at the means of bolts, the web of one being applied against the web of the other, so that their juxtaposition forms a beam whose section has the shape of a double T. </ B >
The appended drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the beam which is the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view thereof, and FIG. 2 is a longitudinal view of a profiled wooden truss, the section of which is in the shape of a double T.
The beam shown in fig. 1 com takes two half-beams 1 and 2, comprising webs 3 'and 4; each of these is constituted by two rows 5 and 6 of boards; the boards of each row 5 and 6 are juxtaposed, that is to say placed contiguously next to each other; in iutre, the planes of one of the rows are superimposed on those of the other;
the boards of a row can be fixed by gluing or by nailing, or by gluing and nailing to those of the contiguous row. The boards of rows 5 are crossed with respect to those of the corresponding rows 6, but the boards of the two rows 5 are inclined in the same direction. 'It is planned to use and assemble crested and grooved boards to form a single row.
The branches of the U formed by the half-beams 1 and 2 are formed by members 7 and 8, respectively- 9 and 10. The frames are assembled to webs 3 and 4 by means of nails or brackets 11, respectively 12, whose heads, as well as those of the nails assembling the boards of rows 5 and 6, are housed inside the web of the double beam T. </ B > The latter is carried out by assembling, by means of bolts 13 and 14, the half-beams 1 and 2. This assembly can be carried out on the job, which facilitates transport.
The nails 11 and 12, as well as those re binding the boards of rows 5 and 6, not being in contact with the ambient air, do not deteriorate easily.
The ends of the beam shown in fig. 1 can be fitted with protective soles 15 and 16.
The double T beam shown in fig. 2 constitutes a half-truss whose frames 7 and 8 are braced using uprights 17, the two half-beams which constitute it being assembled by means of bolts 11 and 13.
The core of the truss comprises planks distributed in rows 5 and 6, the planks of the two rows 5 being parallel to each other and inclined in the longitudinal direction with respect to the frames, and forming an angle with the planks of the two rows 6 about 45.
The beam shown in FIG. 1 can be used as a purlin, box spring, etc.
