Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen gelben     Wollfarbstoffes.       Das     vorliegende    Patent betrifft     ein    Ver  fahren zur Darstellung eines gelben Woll  farbstoffes und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet,  dass man     diazotiertes        4-Amino-l-methylben-          zol-2-sulfonsäureoctadecanoylamid    mit     1-          (2',5'    -     Dichlor    - 4' -     sulfophenyl)    - 3 -     methyl-          5-pyrazolon    kuppelt.  



       Beispiel:     45,2 Gewichtsteile     4-Amino-l-methylben-          zol-2-sulfonsäureoctadecanoylamid    werden in       Eisessiglösung    und 25 Gewichtsteilen 30 %     iger     Salzsäure mit 7 Gewichtsteilen     Natriumnitrit          diazotiert.    Die     Diazolösung    lässt man in die       eine    ausreichende Menge von Natrium  hydrogyd enthaltende kalte Lösung von     32,3          Gewichtsteilen    1- (2',5  -     Dichlor-4'-sulfophe-          nyl)

  -3-methyl-5-pyrazolon        einlaufen.    Der    ausgeschiedene Farbstoff     wird        abfiltriert,          mit    Kochsalzlösung gewaschen und getrock  net.     Man    erhält einen Farbstoff, der Wolle  in     grünstichig    gelben Tönen von hervor  ragender Walk-, Schweiss- und     Alkaliecht-          heit    und von sehr guter Lichtechtheit an  färbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines gelben Wollfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 4 - Amino -1- methyl- benzol- 2 - sulfonsäureoctadecanoylamid mit 1- (2', 5' - Dichlor - 4'-sulf ophenyl)-3-methyl-5- pyrazolon kuppelt. Der Farbstoff färbt Wolle in grünstichig gelben Tönen von hervorragender Walk-, Schweiss- und Alkaliechtheit und von sehr guter Lichtechtheit.
