Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde     gefunden,    dass man einen wert  vollen     Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man die       Diazoverbindung    des     1-Aminobenzol-4-ss-oxy-          äthylsulfon    mit     1-(2'-Chlorphenyl)-3-methyl-          5-pyrazolon    vereinigt. Der so erhaltene Farb  stoff bildet ein gelbes Pulver, das sich in       Acetyl-    und     Nitrocelluloselack    mit gelber  Farbe löst.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  20,1 Teile     1-Aminobenzol-4-,,3-oxyäthyl-          sulfon    werden in     salzsaurer    Lösung wie üblich  dianotiert. Die     Diazoverbindung    lässt man in  eine     Natriumacetat    enthaltende Lösung von  20,8 Teilen     1-(2'-Chlorphenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyr-          azolon    in der äquivalenten Menge Natrium  hydroxyd     zulaufen.    Nach beendeter Kupplung    wird der     Farbstoff        filtriert,

      gewaschen und       getrocknet.    Er löst sich in     Acetyl-    und     Nitro-          celluloselack    und gibt gelbe Färbungen von  sehr guter Lichtechtheit.

It has been found that a valuable azo dye is obtained if the diazo compound of 1-aminobenzene-4-ss-oxyethylsulfone is combined with 1- (2'-chlorophenyl) -3-methyl-5-pyrazolone. The dye obtained in this way forms a yellow powder that dissolves in acetyl and nitrocellulose lacquer with a yellow color.



  <I> Example: </I> 20.1 parts of 1-aminobenzene-4 - ,, 3-oxyethylsulfone are dianotized as usual in a hydrochloric acid solution. The diazo compound is allowed to run into a sodium acetate-containing solution of 20.8 parts of 1- (2'-chlorophenyl) -3-methyl-5-pyrazolone in the equivalent amount of sodium hydroxide. After the coupling has ended, the dye is filtered,

      washed and dried. It dissolves in acetyl and nitrocellulose lacquer and gives yellow colorations of very good lightfastness.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wertvollen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung des 1-Aminobenzol- 4-@-oxyäthylsulfons mit 1-(2'-Chlorphenyl)-3- methyl-5-pyrazolon vereilzigt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein gelbes Pulver, das sich in Acetyl- und Nitrocelluloselack mit gelber Farbe löst. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a valuable azo dye, characterized in that the diazo compound of 1-aminobenzene-4 - @ - oxyäthylsulfons with 1- (2'-chlorophenyl) -3-methyl-5-pyrazolone is included.
