  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 205530.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserlöslichen     Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa  tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines  wasserlöslichen     Azofarbstoffes,    welches da  durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man dianotierte       4-Aminoazobenzol-4'-sulfonsäure    in alkali  schem Medium mit     1-Sulfomethylamino-7-          oxynaphthalin-3-sulfonsäure    kuppelt.  



       Beispiel:     299 Gewichtsteile     4-Aminoazobenzol-4'-          sulfonsaures    Natrium werden auf bekannte  Weise in Gegenwart von überschüssiger  Salzsäure mit 69 Gewichtsteilen Natrium  nitrit dianotiert. Die erhaltene     Diazoverbin-          dung    wird unter kräftigem Rühren bei 0 bis  3   C langsam in eine     wässrige    Lösung von  390 Gewichtsteilen des     Dinatriurnsalzes    der       1-Sulfomethylamino-7-oxynapbthalin-3-sulforr-          säure    und 200     Gevgichtsteilen    entwässertem       Natriumearbonat    eingetragen.

   Nach beendeter    Bildung wird der     Farbstoff    mit Chlornatrium  abgeschieden, abgesaugt und getrocknet.  



  Er bildet ein schwarzes Pulver, das sich  in Wasser mit grauvioletter Farbe löst und  Leder in schleifechten Schwarztönen einfärbt.

The diazo compound obtained is slowly introduced into an aqueous solution of 390 parts by weight of the disodium salt of 1-sulfomethylamino-7-oxynapbthalene-3-sulforric acid and 200 parts by weight of dehydrated sodium carbonate at 0 ° to 3 ° C. with vigorous stirring.

   When the formation is complete, the dye is deposited with sodium chloride, filtered off with suction and dried.



  It forms a black powder that dissolves in water with a gray-violet color and dyes leather in abrasive black tones.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser löslichen Azofarbatoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man dianotierte 4-Aminoazo- benzol-4'-sulfonsäure in alkalischem Medium mit 1-Sulfomethylamino-7-oxynaphthalin-3- sulfonsäure kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein schwarzes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit grauvioletter Farbe löst und Leder in schleifechten Schwarztönen einfärbt.
