Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserlöslichen     Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten  tes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines  wasserlöslichen     Azofarbstoffes,    welches da  durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     diazotier-          tes        4-Chlor-2-nitro-l-aminobenzol    in alkali  schem Medium mit     1-Sulfomethylamino-7-          oxynaphthalin-3-sulfonsäure    kuppelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zu einer     wässrigen    Lösung von 390 Ge  wichtsteilen des     Dinatriumsalzes    der     1-Sulfo-          methylamino-7-oxynaphthalin-3-sulfonsäure          (Mol.        Gew.    377) und 250 Gewichtsteilen ent  wässertem     Natriumcarbonat    fliesst unter Rüh  ren bei 0   C eine in üblicher Weise aus  172,5 Gewichtsteilen     4-Chlor-2-tiitro-l-amino-          benzol    erhaltene     Diazolösung.    Nach beende  ter Bildung des Farbstoffes wird dieser mit       Natriumchlorid    abgeschieden, abgesaugt und  getrocknet.

      Er stellt ein schwarzes Pulver dar, das  sich in Wasser mit grauvioletter Farbe löst  und Leder in grauen Tönen einfärbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser löslichen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man diazotiertes 4-Chlor-2-nitro-l- aminobenzol in alkalischem Medium mit 1-Sulfomethylamino-7-oxynaphthalin-3-sulfon- säure kuppelt. Der so' erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein schwarzes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit grauvioletter Farbe löst und Leder in grauen Tönen einfärbt.
