Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen gelben Wollfarbstoffes. Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver fahren zur Darstellung eines gelben Woll farbstoffes und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Amino-l-methoxybenzol-2-sulfon- säureo#ctade:Ganoylbm#id diazotiert und mit 1- (2',5' <B>-</B> Dichloir <B>-</B> 4'<B>-</B> gulfo#plienyl) <B>- 3 -</B> methyl- 5-pyrazo#l,o,n kuppelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 46,8 GewieUtsteile 4-Amino-l-methoxy- benzol-2-sulionsäureociadecanoylamid werden in Eisessig bei Gegenwart von<B>25</B> Gewichts teilen 30%iger Salzsäure mit<B>7</B> Gewichtstei len Natriumnitrit diazotiert. Die schwach gelbe Diazolösung lässt man in eine Natrium- acetat enthaltendeLösungvon 32,3Gewichts- teilen 1-(2',5'-Dichlor-4'-sulfophenyl)
-3-me- thyl-5-pyrazolon in 80%iger Essigsäure zu- fliessen. Es entsteht sofort ein Brei des Farb- Stoffes, der abfiltriert und in üblicher Weise in das Natriumsalz übergeführt wird.
Der Farbstoff färbt Wolle in klaren, rot- srächig gelben Tön-en;,die Färbungen sind gut walk-, sichweiss-, alkali- und- liü,htecht.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines gelben Wollfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4-Amino-l-metlioxybenzol-2-sulfon- säureoctadecanoylamid diazotiert und mit 1- (21,5f <B>-</B> Dichlor <B>-</B> 4- sulfophe-nyl) <B>- 3 -</B> metbyl <B>-</B> 5- pyrazolon kuppelt.Der Farbstoff färbt Wolle in klaren, rot- stichig gelben Tönen; die Färbungen sind gut walk-, Schweiss-, alkali- und lichtecht.
