Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metallisierbaren    Farbstoffes.    Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     metalli-          sierbaren    Farbstoffes. Das Verfahren ist da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass die     Monoazofarb-          stoffe        4-Nitro-4'-aminostilben-2,2'-disulfon-          säure        ->        Salicylsäure    und     4-Chlor-2-amino-          1-ogybenzol->-m-Anisidin    in alkalischer Lö  sung miteinander kondensiert werden.  



  Der neue Farbstoff stellt in     gekupfertem     Zustand ein fast schwarzes Pulver dar. Dieses  löst sich in Wasser mit     rotbrauner,        in        conc.     Schwefelsäure mit blauer Farbe und färbt       Cellulosefasern    in lichtechten braunen Tönen.

    <I>Beispiel:</I>  57,1 Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotierter          4-Nitro-4'-aminostilben-2,2'-disulfonsäure    und       Salicylsäure    und 25 Teile des Farbstoffes aus       diazotiertem        4-Chlor-2-amino-l-ogybenzol    und       m-Anisidin    werden in 1000 Teilen Wasser  und 300 Teilen Natronlauge     36         B6    14 bis  16 Stunden bei Siedetemperatur unter Rück-         fluss    kondensiert.

   Nach dem Abkühlen wird  mit Salzsäure neutralisiert, mit     Kochsalzvoll-          ends    ausgefällt,     abfiltriert    und     getrocknet.     



  Die     Kupferverbindung    des. Farbstoffes       kann    erhalten werden, indem man ihn in 4000  bis 5000 Teilen Wasser und 150 Teilen     conc.          Ammoniak    löst,     mit    einer     Lösung    von 25 Tei  len Kupfersulfat in 100 Teilen Wasser ver  setzt und 10-14 Stunden bei 90-95  ver  rührt. Die     Kupferverbindung    wird durch  Ausfällen mit Kochsalz isoliert.
