Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Trisazofarbstoffes.            Vorliegendes    Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung     eines        Trisazo-          farbstoffes.,        -dadurch    gekennzeichnet,     dass    man       1-Diazo-4-oxybenzol-3-,carbonsäure    in saurem  Medium     mit        1-Amino-naphthalin-7-sulfon-          säure        vereinigt,,

  den    so     erhaltenen        Aminoazo-          farbstoff        diazotiert,    die     Diazoverbindung    in  saurem     Medium        mit        1-Amino-2.5-.dimethoxy-          benzol    vereinigt,

       wieder        Jiazotiert    und die       Diazoverbindun.g    des so erhaltenen     Amino-          disazofarbstoffes        in.        alkalischem    Medium mit       2-Nap.hthol-6-sulfonsäure        vereinigt.     



  Der so erhaltene     Trisazufarbstoff    ist ein  dunkles Pulver,     ,das    sich     in        Wasser    mit       dunkelvioletter,    in     Schwefelsäure    mit     dunkel-          grüner    Farbe     -löst,    und färbt     Baumwolle    in       grünstickig    .graublauen, lichtechten Tönen.

    Die     Fäxbungen    werden     idurch    Nachbehandeln       mit        Chromi-    oder     Kupfersalzen    etwas röter  und sehr waschecht.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Die aus 15,3 Teilen     1-Amino-4-oxybenzol-          3-carbonsäure        hergestellte        Diazoverbindung            wird    in     Gegenwart    von     überschüssigem        Na-          triumacetat    mit     einer        Lösung        des        Natrium-          sialzes    von 22,

  3     Teilen        1-Amino-naphthalin-          7    -     sulfonsäure        vereinigt.    Nach     beendeter     Kupplung     wird        ,der    Farbstoff     weiterdiazotiert     und die     Diazoverbindung    in     essigsaurer    Lö  sung mit 15 Teilen     1-Amino-2.5-@dimethoxy-          @benzol        vereinigt.    Der     Farbstoff        wind    abge  schieden und :

  durch Anrühren mit Eis und  Salzsäure und Zugabe einer Lösung von     Na-          triumnitrit        weiterdiazotiert.     



  Die     Diazosuspension    vereinigt man bei       0-5     mit     einer        isadaalka.lis:chen        Lösung    von  22,4 Teilen     2-Naphthol-6-sulfonsäure,    wobei  ein Zusatz von     Pyridin        vorteilhaft    ist.
