Description

  

  Gemüsehobel.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein     Gemüsehobel    für Scheiben- und     Stäbchen-          schnitt,    der sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass  die Messer auf je einem Mittelstück befestigt  sind, welche Mittelstücke voneinander ge  trennt zusammen mit     Fruchtführungsplatten     zwischen Leisten angeordnet sind, und dass  die     Fruchtführungsplatte    des     Stäbchenschneid-          messers    zur Führung des Gutes beim     Stäb-          chenschneiden    in der Flucht von Wellen  tälern des     Stäbchenschneidmessers    mindestens  zwei Rippen aufweist.  



  In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsge  genstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausfüh  rungsform dargestellt. Es zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen Längsschnitt durch den  Hobel und       Fig.    2 einen Grundriss.  



  Zwischen den Leisten 1 und 1' sind die  beiden     -'    Mittelstücke 4, 6 und um eine Schraube  10     bezw.    10'     verschwenkbar    die     Fruchtfüh-          rungsplatten    2, 8 eingesetzt. Auf dem Mit  telstück 6 ist das     Stäbchenschneidmesser    7  und auf     dem        Nittelstück    4 das Scheiben-         schneidmesser    5 befestigt. Letzteres steht  schräg zu den Leisten 1 und 1', sein     Mittel-          stück    4 besitzt dementsprechend eine schräge       Abweisfläche    4'.

   Die     Fruchtführungsplatte    8  des     Stäbchenschneidmessers    ist zur Führung  des Gutes mit zwei Rippen 9 und 9' ver  sehen, die mit zwei Wellentälern des     Stäb-          chenschneidmessers    7 in einer Flucht liegen.
