Description
Vorrichtung zur thermischen : Regenerierung von festen Absorptiousmitteln.
Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur thermischen Regenerierung von festen Absorptionsmitteln.
Beiliegende Zeichnung veranschaulicht die Vorrichtung beispielsweise und schematisch, und zwar zeigt:
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt,
Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt der Vorrichtung.
Der gezeichnete Apparat besitzt das mit Deckel 1 versehene, luftdicht verschliessbare Aufnahmegehäuse 2, welches Gehäuse beliebige Form haben kann. Zur Aufnahme der zu regenerierenden festen Absorptionsmittel, z. B.
Silikate, dient der Metallkorb 3, der z. B. aus gelochtem Blech oder aus Drahtgeflecht besteht. Zwischen dem Aufnahmegehäuse 2 und demlKetallkorb befindet sich ein freier Raum 6.
Der Metallkorb 3 enthält eine Anzahl Hürden 4, die zum Auflegen der Absorptionsmittel dienen. Die Heizung von in das Gehäuse eingeführter Luft erfolgt durch Widerstandserhitzung durch die elektrischen Widerstände 5, die in kleinem Abstand voneinander innerhalb des Metalllçorbes 3 angeordnet sind.
Oberhalb des Xetallkorbes 3 befindet sich am Gehäuse 2 der Lufteintritt 7. Von diesem Eintritt gelangt die Luft zu den Heizwiderständen, wird durch diese erhitzt, streicht durch den Metallkorb mit den Absorptionsmitteln und strömt in den freien Raum 6, von wo die Luft durch den Gehäuseaustritt 8 ins Freie strömt. Durch die heisse Luft werden die Absorptionsmittel regeneriert und können aufs neue verwendet werden.
PBTENTBNSPRUCH :
Vorrichtung zur Regenerierung von festen Absorptionsmitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Metallkorb zur Aufnahme der Absorptionsmittel vorgesehen ist, welcher Dfetallkorb in einem mit Luftein- und -austritt versehenen Gehäuse angeordnet ist, ferner dadurch, dass für die Heizung der Luft elektrische Widerstände vorgesehen sind, die innerhalb des Metalilrbes. gelagert sind, das Ganze so, dass die Luft nach ihrem Eintritt in das Gehäuse zu den Widerständen gelangt, an diesen erwärmt wird und dann durch den Korb mit den Absorptionsmitteln strömt,
wodurch die Absorptionsmittel entfeuchtet und regeneriert werden und dann wieder gebraucht werden können.

The apparatus shown has the airtightly closable receiving housing 2 provided with cover 1, which housing can have any shape. To accommodate the solid absorbent to be regenerated, e.g. B.

The metal basket 3 contains a number of hurdles 4 which are used to place the absorbent. The air introduced into the housing is heated by resistance heating by the electrical resistors 5, which are arranged at a small distance from one another within the metal basket 3.
The air inlet 7 is located above the metal basket 3 on the housing 2. From this inlet the air reaches the heating resistors, is heated by them, passes through the metal basket with the absorbents and flows into the free space 6, from where the air exits through the housing 8 flows into the open. The absorbents are regenerated by the hot air and can be used again.
