Description
Hohlstein.
Hollow stone. The invention relates to a hollow stone, e.g. B. made of clay or concrete, which is provided with a continuous, over almost the entire height of the hollow stone extending channel. The hollow stone can be used, for example, to manufacture ceilings.
To explain the invention, the accompanying drawings serve, in which Fig. 1 shows a cross section through a ceiling produced using a preferred embodiment form of the new hollow stone and Fig. 2 shows the plan view of part of this ceiling.
The used to manufacture the ceiling hollow stone 1, which can consist of clay, concrete, etc., has a continuous, almost over the entire height of the hollow stone extending channel 2, which is closed at the bottom, but open at the top. The channel gradually decreases in width from bottom to top. The outer surfaces d, 4 of the hollow stone are staggered. The front walls of the stone can also be staggered.
Hollow stones of the type described are preferably used for the production of ceilings; They are lined up for this purpose, creating a joint that is broken several times between two adjacent stones. Concrete is poured into the channels 2 of the lined-up stones 1, a concrete beam 6 connecting the hollow stones is formed, the upper edge 7 of which ends below the upper edge 9 of the ceiling stones 1.
In the free space above the beam there can be a plate 10 made of the same material: can as the hollow stone. 1 itself. The concrete beam 6 can be reinforced. The bar-shaped ceiling parts formed from the hollow stones and the concrete beam 6 who made the advantageous on the site itself ago.
The creation of a ceiling with the help of the hollow stones described requires little time. The hollow stones can also be presented quickly by untrained personnel. The beam-shaped ceiling parts formed from hollow stones that are joined to one another and filled with concrete can be offset by one stone length in relation to one another in order to avoid continuous transverse joints in the deck.
