Description

  

  Vorrichtung zum lösbaren Verbinden elektrischer Leiter, insbesondere Aluminiumleiter.    Vorliegende     Erfindung        betrifft    eine Vor  richtung zum lösbaren Verbinden elektrischer  Leiter, insbesondere Aluminiumleiter mittels  eines Klemmbügels mit Schraube. Aluminium  leiter haben bekanntlich die Eigenschaft, dass  das Material unter dem Klemmdruck noch  längere Zeit nachgibt und erst später eine  gewisse Standfestigkeit     gewinnt.    Zur Erhal  tung einer guten Verbindung der Leiter müs  sen also die Klemmschrauben von Zeit zu  Zeit nachgezogen werden.  



  Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung benützt  einen Klemmbügel, der aus federndem Mate  rial besteht und eine Federung in Richtung  der     Schraubenaxe    gestattet.  



  Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt verschie  dene Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsge  genstandes. In allen Figuren ist 1 der Klemm  bügel, 2 die Klemmschraube und 3 ein Lei  terstab. Die gestrichelte Linie 4 deutet den  mit letzterem zu verbindenden Leiter an. Der  Klemmbügel 1 ist auf den Leiterstab 3 auf  geschoben. Der Leiter 4 wird in die der  Schraube 2 gegenüberliegende     Öffnung    des    Klemmbügels gesteckt und durch Anziehen  der Schraube 2 festgeklemmt.  



  In jedem Falle ist der     Klemmbügel    1  nicht starr, sondern in Richtung der     Schrau-          benaxe    federnd ausgebildet, indem er aus  federndem Material besteht und     ferner    so ge  staltet ist, dass insbesondere die Seitenwände  des Klemmbügels ein Nachfedern beim An  ziehen der Schraube 2 gestatten. Zu diesem  Zweck weisen gemäss dem Beispiel     Fig.    1 die  Seitenwände des     Klemmbügels        Ein-    und Aus  buchtungen auf.

   Man kann die Elastizität  vergrössern, wenn man mehrere ineinander  geschobene Rohrteile mit in sich geschlosse  ner     bezw.    sich überlappender Wandung ver  wendet gemäss den Beispielen     Fig.    4 und 5.  Bei den Beispielen     Fig.    2 und 3 besteht der  Bügel aus einem Rohrstück mit in sich ge  schlossener     bezw.    sich überlappender Rohr  wand.  



  Es ist zweckmässig, den Klemmbügel in  an sich bekannter Weise mittels eines Halte  stückes auf dem Leiterstab 3 so festzuhalten,  dass eine Parallelführung des     Klemmbügels         auf dem Leiterstab 3 in Richtung der     Schrau-          benaxe    gewährleistet ist.

  The accompanying drawing shows various exemplary embodiments of the subject invention. In all figures, 1 is the clamping bracket, 2 is the clamping screw and 3 is a Lei terstab. The dashed line 4 indicates the conductor to be connected to the latter. The clamping bracket 1 is pushed onto the ladder bar 3. The conductor 4 is inserted into the opening of the clamping bracket opposite the screw 2 and is clamped by tightening the screw 2.



  In any case, the clamping bracket 1 is not rigid, but resilient in the direction of the screw axis, being made of resilient material and also being designed so that in particular the side walls of the clamping bracket allow rebound when the screw 2 is tightened. For this purpose, according to the example of FIG. 1, the side walls of the clamping bracket have indentations and bulges.

  It is expedient to hold the clamping bracket in a known manner by means of a holding piece on the conductor bar 3 so that a parallel guidance of the clamping bracket on the conductor bar 3 in the direction of the screw axis is guaranteed.

UNTERANSPRUCH: Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmbügel aus mehreren ineinandergesohobenen Teilen be steht.
