Description

  

  Gefäss zur     Vakuumkonservierung,    insbesondere von Lebens- und Genussmitteln.    Die     Erfindung    betrifft     ein.        Gefäss        zur        Va-          kuumkonservierung,    :

  bei welchem     ,der        ab-          nehmbare        Deckel        unter        Zwischenschaltung     eines     Dichtungsringes    in den     Gefässaufnahme-          teileingesetzt        ist    und     welches    zur Zerstörung  des     Vakuums    eine leicht     durchstechbare          Stelle        besitzt.     



  Gemäss der     Erfindung        ist    die     leicht,durch-          stechbare    :Stelle     durch    Materialschwächung  an der tiefsten Stelle einer durch     Ausdrwk-          kung    gebildeten     Vertiefung    geschaffen.  



  Die Figuren     zeigen;    ein Ausführungsbei  spiel der Erfindung,     und    zwar zeigt       Fig.    1     einen        Aufriss:        des        Gefässes,        teil-          weise    im     Schnitt,          Fig.    2 einen     Grundriss:    zu     Fig.    1 und       Fig.    3 einen     Schnitt    nach     Linie        A-B    in       Fig.    2.  



       Das,dosenförmige        Gerfäss,    besteht aus dem  Mantel<I>a,</I> dem     Einsatzdeckel   <I>b</I> und dem Bo  den c. Der Mantel     a    und     ,der    Boden c bilden       zusammen;

      den     Gefässaufnahmeteil.    Der     Man-          tel    a ist     bei    dem     Ausführungsbeispiel    oben    mit einer, durch einen     konischen        Ring    d ge  bildeten     Erweiterung    versehen,     dessen,    Rand  e     ausgebördelt    ist.

   An dem Übergang des  konischen     Teils   <I>d</I>     in    den Mantel a     befind-et     sich eine umlaufende Sicke     f.    Der     Deckel    b  ist     seinerseits    mit einem, zweckmässig     :eben-          falls        konischen        Randring        g        versehen.        ;

  Zwi-          schen    den beiden     Ringen    d und g     befindet     sieh ein     Diehtungsring    h, welcher an dem       Deckel    b durch einen angerollten Rundfalz i  am     freien    Rande des Ringes g     befestigt    ist.  



  Der     Diohtungsring    h     ist        zweckmässig    eben  falls     konisch        (kegelig).    Der Deckel ist nun       pait        einer        Ausdrückung    k versehen, die nach  .dem     Au & fülirungsbeispiel    exzentrisch zur     Cre-          fässacbse        liegt,        ebensogut    aber auch     in    dieser       Achse    liegen kann.

   In die erwähnte     Aus-          drückung,        die        während    ihrer     Bildung        bereits          eine        Materialschwächung    .gegenüber .der     Ma-          terialstärke        des        übrigen    Teils des     Deckels    er  fahren haben kann, ist in Richtung gegen  das Gefässinnere eine     Vertiefung        eingedrückt,     und zwar so weit,     dass,

      an der     tiefsten        Stelle         p dieser Vertiefung das Material dünn genug  wird, um ein     müheloses        Durchstechen    mit  einem spitzen Gegenstand zuzulassen.  



  Das Evakuieren     des        Gefässaufnahineteils     a, c und das Aufsetzen des Deckels auf den       evakuierten        Gefässaufna:hmeteil    geschehen in  der üblichen     Weise.    Soll     das    Gefäss entleert  werden, so braucht lediglich der Deckel an  der     verdünnten    Stelle p durchstochen zu wer  den; es tritt dann Luft in das Gefässinnere,  und der Deckel kann     abgenommen    werden.  



  Die Erzeugung der     ausgedrückten    Vertie  fung mit der zum     Durchlochen        bestimmten     Stelle<I>p,</I>     ebenso    wie der Prägung     k    erfolgen  in dem gleichen Arbeitsgang, in .dem die  Herstellung es Deckels selbst erfolgt. Der  Gefässmantel kann zur Erhöhung der Festig  keit mit     achsialen        Sicken    versehen sein.  



  Die insbesondere     aus        Fig.        g    ersichtliche       Anordnung,        wonach    die die dünne,     durch-          stechbare    Stelle p aufweisende Vertiefung in  einer nach     entgegengesetzter    Richtung wie  diese     Vertiefung    ausgedrückten Prägung     L      -vorgesehen ist, hat den     besonderen    Vorteil,  dass die grössere Prägung k die zu     durch-          stechende,    schmale Vertiefung mit der Stelle  p augenfällig hervorhebt und deren Auffin  den erleichtert.

   Ein     weiterer    Zweck der in  der entgegengesetzten Richtung wie die ge  nannte Vertiefung ausgedrückten Prägung     l,:          ist,der,    bei Dosen, die in Benützung sind, zu  verhüten, dass Feuchtigkeit., die     unvorsich-          tigerweise,    etwa     seitens    der Hausfrau, auf  den     Deckel    gebracht wird, durch das zur     Zer-          störung        des    Vakuums     angebraehte    Loch in         das    Innere der     Dose    abfliessen kann.

   Das be  schriebene     Grefäss    ist insbesondere zur     Va-          kuumkonservierung    von     Lebens-    und     Genuss-          mitteln        bestimmt,    kann     aber    auch zur     Va-          kuumkonservierung    anderer Stoffe, z. F.  Farben, technische Öle,     ILaoke,        liygrosl@opi@sclie     Produkte aller Art,     benutzt    werden.
