Description

  

      Einstöckiges    Wohngebäude.    Vorliegende Erfindung hat eine weitere  Ausbildung des im Hauptpatent gekennzeich  neten Wohngebäudes mit vier Einzimmer  wohnungen zum Gegenstand.  



  Gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung sind die  vier Zimmer viereckig und in den vier Ecken  des im Grundriss quadratischen Gebäudes so  angeordnet, dass ihre eine Ecke mit einer  Ecke des ebenfalls quadratischen und zentral  angeordneten Lichthofes zusammenfällt. Die  Küchen sind zwischen den Zimmern an der  Aussenseite, und die Toiletten ebenfalls zwi  schen den Zimmern aber an der     innern,    dem  Lichthof zugewandten Seite angeordnet.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel und eine Detailvariante  des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und  zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 den Grundriss und       Fig.    2 eine     Perspektivansicht    des Aus  führungsbeispiels,       Fig.    3 den Grundriss der Variante.  



  Beim Beispiel gemäss     Fig.    1 und 2 hat  das Wohngebäude quadratischen Grundriss,    enthält     vierEinzimmerwohnungen    mit je einem  viereckigen Zimmer 1 in einer Ecke des qua  dratischen     Grundrisses,    einer Küche 2 an der  Aussenseite, in dem zwischen den Zimmern vor  handenen Raum und einem Toilettenraum 3  -zwischen den Zimmern an der dem quadra  tischen Lichthof 5 zugewandten Seite. Die  innern Ecken der vier Zimmer fallen mit den  Ecken des quadratischen Lichthofes zusam  men. Der gleichzeitig als Luftschacht dienende  Lichthof kann ungedeckt oder mit Glasdach  gedeckt sein und als gemeinschaftlicher Wasch  raum ausgebildet werden.

   Zwischen Lichthof,  Küche, Zimmer und Toilettenraum ist ein  Raum 4 vorhanden, welcher als Durchgang  zum Lichthof (Waschraum) und als Keller  dient. Der Wohnungseingang erfolgt direkt  durch die Küche. Mit 8 sind Gartenteile be  zeichnet und mit 6 Zäune, welche die Garten  teile voneinander trennen. 7 ist die Garten  aussenmauer. Bei der Detailvariante, gemäss       Fig.    3, ist der Lichthof statt als Waschraum  als gemeinsamer Treppeneingang zu unterir-           dischen    Kellern und zu einem unterirdischen  Waschraum ausgebildet.

  In the example according to Figs. 1 and 2, the residential building has a square floor plan, contains four one-room apartments each with a square room 1 in one corner of the square floor plan, a kitchen 2 on the outside, in the space between the rooms and a toilet room 3 - between the rooms on the side facing the square atrium 5. The inner corners of the four rooms coincide with the corners of the square atrium. The atrium, which also serves as an air shaft, can be uncovered or covered with a glass roof and designed as a communal washroom.

   Between the atrium, kitchen, room and toilet there is room 4, which serves as a passage to the atrium (washroom) and as a cellar. The apartment entrance is through the kitchen.
