Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren     Wollfarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren     Woll-          farbstoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       1-Chlor-2-nitrobenzol-4-methylsulfon    mit 3  Aminocarbazol-6-sulfonsäure kondensiert.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle aus  saurem Bade in orangegelben Tönen von sehr  guter Egalität und hervorragender Lichtecht  heit.  



       Beispiel:     28,4 Teile     3-aminocarbazol-6-sulfonsaures     Natrium werden in der zehnfachen     Menge     Wasser gelöst. Hierauf fügt man 23,5 Teile       1-Chlor-2-nitrobenzol-4-methylsulforr    in etwa  160 Teilen Alkohol und 10 Teile Natrium-         acetat    zu und erhitzt die Mischung mehrere  Stunden unter     Rückfluss    zum Sieden. Dann  wird der Alkohol     abdestilliert    und der gebil  dete Farbstoff aus der wässerigen Lösung durch  Eindampfen oder     Aussalzen    abgeschieden.

       Example: 28.4 parts of 3-aminocarbazole-6-sulfonic acid sodium are dissolved in ten times the amount of water. 23.5 parts of 1-chloro-2-nitrobenzene-4-methylsulforr in about 160 parts of alcohol and 10 parts of sodium acetate are then added, and the mixture is refluxed for several hours. The alcohol is then distilled off and the dyestuff formed is deposited from the aqueous solution by evaporation or salting out.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1-Chlor-2-nitrobenzol-4-methylsulfon mit 3-Aminocarbazol-6-sulfonsäure kondensiert. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in orangegelben Tönen von sehr guter Egalität und hervorragender Lichtecht heit.
