Description
Perfabren zur Herstellung eines Polyazofarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polya.zo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotierte 4-Aminostilben-4'-azo-anisol- 2.2'-,disulfonsä@ure mit Aminohydroehinon- dimethyläther kuppelt,
den so erhaltenen Aminodisazofarbstoff diazotiert und in alka lischer Lösung mit 2-Naphthol-3. 6-disulfon- säure kuppelt.
Der so erhaltene Polyazofarbstoff löst sich in Wasser grün, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure violett und färbt Baumwolle bei gutem Ziehvermögen blaustichig .grün. Die aus diesem Farbstoff hergestellte Kupfer- komplexverbindung gibt auf Baumwolle 0livfärbungen mit wesentlich verbesserter Lichtechtheit.
Ihre Lösungsfarbe in Wasser ist gelbstichig grün, in konzentrierter Bchwe- felsäure blauviolett: <I>Beispiel:</I> <B>51,1</B> Teile 4-Aminostilben-4'-azo-anisol- 2.2'-,disulfonsäure werden in der üblichen Weise diazotiert und in sodaalkalischer Lö- sung mit 15,2 Teilen A.minobydrochinon- dimethyläther gekuppelt und ,
gegebenenfalls der Farbstoff dureh Umlösen von überschüs siger Kupplungskomponente befreit. Dann wird mit 6,9 Teilen Natriumnitrit und -30 Teilen Salzsäure vom spezifischen Gewicht 1,18 diazotiert und in pyridinhaltiger Lösung mit 26 Teilen 2-naplhthol-3. 6-disulfonsaurem Natrium zusammengebracht. Nach Beendi gung der Kupplung wird der Farbstoff durch Aussalzen abgeschieden.

The polyazo dye obtained in this way dissolves green in water and violet in concentrated sulfuric acid and dyes cotton with a bluish tinge of green with good drawability. The copper complex compound produced from this dye gives olive dyeings to cotton with significantly improved lightfastness.
