Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Darstellung    eines     sauren        Chromierungsfarbstoffes        der.Anthrachinonreihe.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur     Darstellung    eines sauren     Chro-          mierungsfarbstoffes    der     Anthrachinonreihe,     welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man       1-jodanthrachinon=2,sulfosaures        Kalium    mit       4-Amino-4'-oxy-3'-earboxyazobenzol    konden  siert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  -16 Gewichtsteile 1 -     jodanthrachinon    - 2     -          sulfosaures    Kalium, 2.7 Gewichtsteile     4-          Amino-4'-oxy-3'-carboxyazobenzol,    16 Ge  wichtsteile Soda     calciniert,    2:7 Gewichtsteile       Natriumbicarbonat,    2 Gewichtsteile     Kupfer-          chlorür    werden in 450 Teilen Wasser 40  Stunden bei 45 bis<B>50'</B> gerührt.

   Das Re  aktionsgemisch wird     zur        Aufarbeitung    in  zirka     2"500'    Teile Wasser eingerührt, mit ver  dünnter Salzsäure ,gefällt     und,    abgesaugt.  Nachdem der     Filterrückstand    mit 3%iger       Salzsäure    gewaschen wurde, löst man das  Produkt in zirka 2500 Teilen Wasser unter  Zusatz von Ammoniak, filtriert die Lösung,    fällt mit zirka 2,00     Volumteilen    konzentrier  ter Salzsäure und erwärmt vorsichtig auf  zirka 70 bis 80   C.

   Das .so erhaltene Kon  densationsprodukt wird nach dem Absaugen  mit der erforderlichen Menge     Sodalösung     schwach alkalisch     gestellt    und getrocknet.  Man erhält so ein braun-es Pulver, welches  sich in Wasser mit braungelber Farbe löst  und welches Wolle aus saurer Flotte in brau  nen Tönen färbt. Zur     Erhöhung    der Echt  heit werden die Färbungen     nachchromiert.

  <I> Example: </I> -16 parts by weight 1 - iodanthraquinone - 2 - sulfonic acid potassium, 2.7 parts by weight 4- amino-4'-oxy-3'-carboxyazobenzene, 16 parts by weight calcined soda, 2: 7 parts by weight sodium bicarbonate, 2 Parts by weight of copper chloride are stirred in 450 parts of water for 40 hours at 45 to 50 minutes.

   For work-up, the reaction mixture is stirred into about 2.500 parts of water, precipitated with dilute hydrochloric acid and filtered off with suction. After the filter residue has been washed with 3% hydrochloric acid, the product is dissolved in about 2500 parts of water with the addition of ammonia , the solution filtered, precipitated with about 2.00 parts by volume of concentrated hydrochloric acid and carefully heated to about 70 to 80 C.

   The condensation product obtained in this way is made slightly alkaline with the required amount of soda solution after suction and dried. This gives a brown powder which dissolves in water with a brownish yellow color and which dyes wool from acidic liquor in brown shades. The colors are re-chromed to increase the authenticity.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: A process for the preparation of an acidic chromating dye of the anthraquinone series, characterized in that 1 iodanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid potassium is condensed with 4 amino-4'-oxy-, 3'-carboxyazobenzene. The dye obtainable in this way forms a brown, water-soluble powder and dyes wool from acidic liquor in brown shades, which are improved in their authenticity properties by post-chrome plating.

SUBSTANTIAL CLAIM: Process according to patent claim, characterized in that the condensation of the reaction components is effected by heating in water in the presence of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and copper chloride.
