Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues  Kondensationsprodukt erhält, wenn man     Me-          thylsulfor)acetonitril    mit     p-Diäthylaminobenz-          aldehyd    kondensiert.  



  Das neue Kondensationsprodukt ist ein  gelbes Pulver, das in Wasser unlöslich ist,  sich dagegen in Essigester leicht mit grün  gelber Farbe löst und, in geeignete feine  Verteilung gebracht,     Acetatkunstseide    in  grünstickig gelben Tönen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  11,9 Gewichtsteile     1Uethylsulfonacetonitril     werden zusammen mit 17,7 Gewichtsteilen       p-Diäthylaminobeiizaldehyd    in Alkohol gelöst  und unter Zusatz von einigen     Tropfei        Pi-          peridin    einige Zeit unter     Rückfluss    gekocht.  Schon nach kurzem Kochen tritt intensive  Gelbfärbung der Flüssigkeit durch das sich  bildende Kondensationsprodukt ein.     Man    kocht    so lange, bis die Farbintensität nicht mehr  zunimmt, was den Endpunkt der Reaktion  anzeigt. Darauf lässt man unter Rühren er  kalten, wobei sich das Kondensationsprodukt  als gelbes Pulver ausscheidet.

  The new condensation product is a yellow powder that is insoluble in water, but easily dissolves in ethyl acetate with a green-yellow color and, when appropriately finely divided, dyes acetate rayon in greenish yellow tones.



  <I> Example: </I> 11.9 parts by weight of ethylsulfonacetonitrile are dissolved in alcohol together with 17.7 parts by weight of p-diethylaminobeiizaldehyde and refluxed for some time with the addition of a few drops of piperidine. Even after a short boil, the liquid turns yellow due to the condensation product that forms. The mixture is boiled until the color intensity no longer increases, which indicates the end point of the reaction. It is then left to cool while stirring, the condensation product separating out as a yellow powder.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man Methylsulfonacetonitril mit p-Diäthylaminobenzaldehyd kondensiert. Das neue Kondensationsprodukt ist ein gelbes, in Wasser unlösliches Pulver, das sich in Essigester mit grüngelber Farbe löst und; in geeignete feine Verteilung gebracht, Acetatkunstseide in grünstickig gelben Tönen färbt. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a new condensation product, characterized in that methylsulfonacetonitrile is condensed with p-diethylaminobenzaldehyde. The new condensation product is a yellow, water-insoluble powder that dissolves in ethyl acetate with a green-yellow color and; brought into suitable fine distribution, dyes acetate silk in greenish yellow tones.
