Bohnermaschine.

Floor polisher. The invention relates to an electromotively driven polishing machine with ge articulated at its lower part Füh approximately handle and a drive pinion pressed against a drive disk of the brushing tool, seated on the shaft of the pivoted motor.

The aim of the invention is to design this arrangement so that the same force that generates the contact pressure of the pinion on the drive pulley can be used to hold the handle securely in its upright out-of-operation position when the machine is not in operation.

The above-mentioned aim is achieved according to the invention by a notorial housing attachment and means provided on this and the handle which, when the handle is upright and corresponding to the non-use position, can be brought into engagement with one another to secure the handle in this position Engagement is secured by the same force,

which supplies the contact pressure of the pinion to the drive pulley.

The drawing illustrates an example of an embodiment of the invention in a vertical section, partially in view.

With cc the motor is designated, which is pivotably mounted by means of two lateral attachment pins b outside of its center of gravity in the upper, lateral attachment tabs c of the round machine housing d. The power supply is denoted by e, and a drive pinion seated on the motor shaft is denoted by f. This is intended to interact with a rubber ring g, which is embedded in the pot-shaped supporting body enclosing the motor by means of a polishing disk i .

The supporting body h can be rotated about an axis 1c, which is mounted firmly on the machine housing d by means of a bracket encompassing the motor housing. At the same time, the bracket m forms the one, fixed abutment for a helical spring n, which acts on a shoulder o of the motor housing.

This approach is also designed as a footstep with footplate p and has a notch q on its bogenför mig outwardly sloping upper edge, which is intended to interact with a pin r of the machine guide handle s; this cone. r here forms a web of a fork-shaped stem attachment t, which is articulated in pins t 'on both sides of the machine housing.

The drawing illustrates the machine in its inoperative position, i.e. with the handle upright. Since the engine overweight and the spring press n.

the motor housing attachment o against the handle attachment r and hold the handle in its upright position so that it is reliable against. Slipping from the approach o ge is kept, be it when bumping into the handle, or especially when the machine is to be grasped on the handle for the purpose of putting it aside, so it is then suspended from the handle joints t 'with an overweight on one side .

To start up the machine, the handle is brought into its inclined working position. To do this, it is necessary, in order to bring the pin r out of the detent q, first move the shoulder o down; to facilitate this process is on the approach o by the. Foot depressible plate p arranged.

The spring does not necessarily have to act directly on the motor housing attachment o; rather, for the same purpose, it can act as a compression or tension spring at another point on the motor.

Instead of the spring, the overweight of the motor suspended outside its center of gravity can be rich, so the spring can be omitted, or only the spring can come into effect when the motor is suspended in its center of gravity.
