Description
Elektrische Blochmaschine.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs- l,-eispiel des Erfindnn-s;ebenstandes durch r Fi'. 1 in Seitenansicht mit Längsschnitt und durch Fi-. 2 im Grundriss dargestellt;
Electric log machine. The subject of the present invention is a Bloch machine, the motor of which is provided with a vertical shaft and can be displaced in the direction perpendicular to the shaft by spring action and carries a friction wheel at the lower end of the shaft, which under the mentioned spring action on the inner circumference - A second friction wheel is pressed, which is coupled to the Bloch bristle.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention by means of r Fi '. 1 in side view with longitudinal section and through Fi-. 2 shown in plan;
FIGS. 3 and 4 show the coupling of the ninth driven friction wheel with the brush in a larger scale in elevation with a partial section. and in the floor plan.
a is the vertical shaft motor b. It rests on a slide c, which is guided in guides d in the right direction. Zn its displacement are used screw springs e, which attack the slide c on the one hand, and are stored on the other hand in a bar f of the machine frame g. Screws left are used to re-tension the spring.
At the lower end of the motor shaft b there is a friction wheel i -fixed, which is placed with its circumference under the pressure of the springs e against the inner circumference of a friction wheel k of about four times the diameter and drives it through the friction unit .
The vertical stub axle l of the wheel k is mounted by means of ball bearings in the machine frame 7, is spherically shaped at the bottom and is provided with a transverse pin projecting over the ball since Lich.
The ends of this pin protruding over the ball lie in slots of a la-pan, the upper part of which is lightly hammered against the ball to prevent it from coming out. The pen n is used. as a driver between the pin l and the pan o when turning around their ale.
The bearing socket o forms the upper end of a pin p, which bears a cross wedge q at the bottom. With this the pin p can be pushed down through the slots r of a ring t present on the inside of the hub of a disk s.
Below this one, the disc hub is recessed so far in the L mfan-pipe that the wedge q under the ring t can be turned away from the slots r . He finds stop on surfaces u.
There is thus between the journal 1 and the brush u fastened to the disc s a bayonet-lock-like coupling that can be easily engaged and disengaged.
