Description
Process for the manufacture of footwear. The endeavor to produce quite flexible footwear resulted in many different types of manufacture. However, all previous methods have two major disadvantages, poor dimensional stability and difficult repairs.
The new method of manufacture forming the subject of the present invention is expediently carried out in the following way: A frame 2, grain side on grain side, is sewn onto the edge of the upper 1 3. The lasting impact 5 is bent inwards and applied to the insole 6 with a special cement tweaked. After the sole has been cemented on, the frame 2 sewn onto the upper 1 is doubled down 4 onto the sole.
Such a shoe absolutely guarantees that, in contrast to other flexible footwear, it does not become deformed, has a longer service life and can also be soled several times. Furthermore, such footwear, in contrast to known ones, has a smooth sole cut because the upper leather does not come to rest in the cut.
