Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farbstoffes.    Das Hauptpatent     betrifft    ein Verfahren  zur Herstellung eines     Farbstoffes,    bei dem 1  Amirro-4-(p-toluidino)-antbrachinon-2.     car,bon-          amid    so lange mit einem sulfonierend wir  kenden Mittel behandelt wird, bis das Re  aktionsprodukt eben völlig wasserlöslich ge  worden ist.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man einen  ähnlich wertvollen Farbstoff erhält, wenn  man     1-Amino-4-(m-toluidino)-antbracbinon-2-          carbonamid    so lange mit einem     sulfonierend     wirkenden Mittel behandelt, bis das Reak  tionsprodukt eben völlig wasserlöslich ge  worden ist.  



  Der erhaltene Farbstoff, eine     Sulfonsäure     des     1-Amino-4-(m-toluidino)-anthr,aclrinon-2-          carbonamids,    färbt Wolle aus     saurein    Bade  in klaren blauen Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  10 Teile     1-Amirio-4-(m-toluidino)-anthra-          chinorr-2-carbonamid    werden in 100 Teilen       Schwefelsäuremonohydrat    gelöst, worauf bei  Zimmertemperatur so lange rauchende Schwe-         felsäure,        enthaltend        23        %        S03,        zugegeben     wird, bis eine entnommene und aufgearbeitete  Probe erkennen lässt, dass das Reaktionspro  dukt eben völlig wasserlöslich geworden ist.  Darauf giesst man das Reaktionsgemisch in  Eiswasser und salzt den entstandenen Farb  stoff in der üblichen Weise aus.

Der erhaltene Farbstoff, eine Sulfonsäure des 1-Amino-4-(m-toluidino)-anthrachir)on-2- carbonamids, färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in klaren blauen Tönen.
