Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.            Cxegenstand    des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung  eines     Azofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch ge  kennzeichnet ist, dass man .die     Diazoverbin-          dung    von     4-Amino-3,2'-dimethylazobenzol     mit     1-Oxy-3,5-di-(4'-chlorphenylamino)-ben-          zol    kuppelt. Die Einwirkung der beiden  Komponenten aufeinander kann auch in  Gegenwart eines Substrates erfolgen.  



  Der in Substanz hergestellte Farbstoff  bildet ein dunkles Pulver, welches sich in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit blauer  Farbe löst, und liefert, wenn auf .der Faser       erzeugt,    ein dunkles Rotbraun von guten  Echtheitseigenschaften.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  22,5 Gewichtsteile     4-Amino-3,2'-dimethyl-          azobenzol    werden in bekannter Weise     diazo-          tiert    und die     Diazolösung    mit einer Lösung  von 35 Gewichtsteilen     1-Oxy-3,5-di-(4'-chlor-          phenylamino)-benzol    in verdünnter Natron  lauge, welche mit der zur Bindung der über  schüssigen Mineralsäure hinreichenden Menge       Natriumacetat,    sowie     mit    5 Gewichtsteilen         Türkischrotöl        versetzt    ist; gekuppelt.

   Nach  Beendigung .der     Farbstoffbildung    wird ab  filtriert, gut mit Wasser gewaschen     und    ge  trocknet. Die Darstellung des Farbstoffes  kann auch in Gegenwart eines Substrates er  folgen. Wird der Farbstoff auf der Faser  erzeugt, so erhält man ein dunkles Rotbraun  von guten Echtheitseigenschaften.

  The dyestuff produced in substance forms a dark powder, which dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blue color and, if produced on the fiber, provides a dark reddish brown with good fastness properties.



  <I> Example: </I> 22.5 parts by weight of 4-amino-3,2'-dimethyl-azobenzene are diazo- tated in a known manner and the diazo solution with a solution of 35 parts by weight of 1-oxy-3,5-di - (4'-chlorophenylamino) -benzene in dilute sodium hydroxide solution, which is mixed with the sufficient amount of sodium acetate to bind the excess mineral acid and with 5 parts by weight of Turkish red oil; coupled.

   When the dye formation is complete, it is filtered off, washed well with water and dried. The representation of the dye can also follow in the presence of a substrate. If the dye is produced on the fiber, a dark red-brown with good fastness properties is obtained.

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of an azo dye, characterized in that the diazo compound of 4-amino-3,2'-dimethyl-azobenzene with 1-oxy-3,5-di- (4'-chlorophenyl-amino) - benzene coupling. The dye produced in .Substanz forms a dark powder, which dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a blue color, and, when produced on the fiber, provides a dark red-brown with good fastness properties.
