Description
Verfahren zier Darstellung eines Farbstoffes der Anthracenreihe. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Farbstoffes der Anthracenreihe, welches dadurch gekenn zeichnet ist, dass man 2-Chlor-2-aniinoleuko- anthrachinon-9.10-dischwefelsäureester in al- lialischeni Aledium mitBleisuperoxyd oxydiert.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 100 Gewichtsteile Dikaliumsalz des 3 Chloi--2-aininoleukoanthrachinon-9.10-dischwe- felsäureesters werden in etwa 1000 Gewichts teilen Wasser gelöst und 25 Gewichtsteile Soda zugefügt. Bei<B>700</B> setzt man 150 Ge wichtsteile einer wässerigen Bleisuperoxyd- paste (48"/o) zu und rührt bei der angege benen Temperatur 2 bis 3 Stunden.
Nach dem Erkalten wird filtriert und aus der fluoreszierenden tief gelbgefärbten Lösung durch Zugeben von Kaliumehlorid das be- reits bekannte Endprodukt des Verfahrens, ein orangeroter kristallinischer Niederschlag abgeschieden. Dieser löst sich in Wasser mit intensiv gelber Farbe. Versetzt man diese Lösung mit verdünnter Salzsäure, dann bildet sich ein blaugefärbter Niederschlag, der auf Zusatz eines Oxydationsmittels, zum Beispiel Natriumnitrit, in ein unlösliches , leuchtendes Blau (Dichlorindanthren) über geht.
