Description
Stossdämpfungseinrichtung an Behälter-Transportwagen. Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Stoss dämpfungseinrichtung an Behältertransport wagen.
Behälter auf Transportwagen, und zwar insbesondere Weintransportfässer, Säuretöpfe und dergleichen, werden durch die beim Rangieren und scharfen Bremsen unvermeid licherweise entstehenden Stösse oft beschä digt, so dass sogar manchmal der Inhalt ganz oder teilweise ausläuft.
Dieser Übelstand wird beim Behälter transportwagen gemäss der Erfindung da durch beseitigt, dass auf die Wagenbühne ein längsverschiebbarer, die Behälter tragen der Rahmen aufgesetzt ist, welcher mittelst Puffer gegen Anschläge der Wagenbühne abgestützt ist.
Dank dieser Einrichtung werden alle auf den Wagen übertragenen Stösse von den Puffern aufgenommen und in Längsbe wegungen des Rahmens zur Wagenbühne umgesetzt, so dass eine Beschädigung der Behälter vermieden wird. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist in der Zeichnung darge stellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 einen Weintransportwagen in Längsansicht und Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach Linie II-II in Fig. 1 in grösserem Massstabe.
Fig. 1 zeigt in schematischer Darstellung einen offenen Zweiachsergüterwagen gewöhn licher Bauart. Auf der Bühne B sind in Längsrichtung verlaufende Flacheisen 1 be festigt, auf welchen unter Vermittlung von Führungsrollen 2 ein Rahmen 3 längsver schiebbar ruht. Auf diesem Rahmen sind Ständer 4 befestigt, welche der Einfachheit halber vollwandig gezeichnet sind. Die auf den üblichen Lagern L gelagerten Fässer F sind mittelst Stirnrahmen 5 und Zuganker 6 an den Ständern 4 gehalten, so dass sie sich auf dem Rahmen 3 nicht verschieben können. An beiden Enden des Rahmens 3 sind Feder puffer 7 angebracht, welche sich gegen die Querbalken 8 an den Enden der Wagen bühne B abstützen.
Wird beim Rangieren oder Bremsen ein Stoss auf den Wagen ausgeübt, so verschiebt sich der Rahmen 3 auf den als Laufschienen dienenden Flacheisen und die Federpuffer 7 bewirken hierbei die nötige Dämpfung, so dass keine Beschädigung der Behälter eintritt.

This inconvenience is eliminated in the container trolley according to the invention because a longitudinally displaceable frame that carries the container is placed on the trolley platform and is supported by means of buffers against stops on the trolley platform.
Thanks to this device, all shocks transmitted to the car are absorbed by the buffers and implemented in longitudinal movements of the frame to the car platform, so that damage to the container is avoided. An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the drawing Darge, namely Fig. 1 shows a wine transport trolley in a longitudinal view and Fig. 2 is a section along line II-II in Fig. 1 on a larger scale.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of an open two-axle freight car usual Licher design.
