Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Netz-,     Dispergier-,        Emulgier-    und     Waschmittels.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  neuen, wertvollen Netz-,     Dispergier-,        Emul-'     gier- und     Waschmittel    gelangen kann, wenn  man das     Fettalkoholgemisch,    hergestellt  durch Reduktion der Palmkern- oder     Kokos-          fettester,

      mit einem das Radikal .der     Phen-          oxyessigsäure        enthaltenden    Stoff     verestert     und das     Estergemisch    mit     sulfierenden    Mit  teln behandelt.  



  Das entstandene feste Produkt, ein     weisses     Pulver, ist in Wasser klar löslich und zeich  net sich durch vorzügliche Kalk-, Bittersalz-,       Nochsalz-    und Säureechtheit aus.  



       Beispiel:     53,5 Teile eines     Gemisches    von Fettalko  holen, hergestellt durch Reduktion von  Palmkern- oder     Kokosfettester,    werden mit  44,7 Teilen     Phenoxyessigsäurechlorid        kon-           <         densiert    und so lange gerührt, bis die     Ver-          esterung    vollständig ist. Das rohe Ester  gemisch wird bei .tiefer Temperatur mit 33  Teilen     Chlorsulfonsäure    sulfoniert.

   Man lässt  die Mischung kurze Zeit bei etwa 20' wei-         ter    rühren, giesst dann auf Eis und scheidet  die     Sulfosäure    durch Zusatz von Glauber  salz aus.  



  Das aufgearbeitete     Produkt;    ein     weisses     Pulver, ist in Wasser     leicht    und klar     löslieb     Lind zeichnet .sich durch vorzügliche Netz  fähigkeit, sowie hohes     Emulgiervermögen     aus. .

  The resulting solid product, a white powder, is clearly soluble in water and is characterized by its excellent fastness to lime, Epsom salts, salt and acid.



       Example: Get 53.5 parts of a mixture of fatty alcohol, produced by reducing palm kernel or coconut oil ester, are condensed with 44.7 parts of phenoxyacetic acid chloride and stirred until the esterification is complete. The crude ester mixture is sulfonated at .tiefer temperature with 33 parts of chlorosulfonic acid.

   The mixture is left to stir for a short time at about 20 minutes, then poured onto ice and the sulfonic acid is separated out by adding Glauber salt.



  The reclaimed product; a white powder, is easily and clearly soluble in water and is characterized by excellent wetting properties and high emulsifying properties. .

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Netz-, Dispergier-, Emulgier- und Waschmittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Fett- a,lkoholgemisch, hergestellt durch Reduktion der Palmkern- oder Kokosfettester, mit einem das Radikal der Phenogyessigsäure enthal tenden Stoff verestert und das Estergemiscb mit sulfierenden Mitteln behandelt. Das entstandene feste Produkt, ein wei sses Pulver, ist in Wasser klar löslich und zeichnet sich durch vorzügliche Kalk-, Bit tersalz-, Kochsalz- und Säureechtheit aus.
