Description

  

  Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen der Schneeketten auf Auto- und Motorveloräder.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen der  Schneeketten auf Auto- und; Motorveloräder.  Zweck der Erfindung ist, diese beschwerliche  Arbeit zu erleichtern, und zwar wird dieser  Zweck mittelst eines Bügels erreicht, der auf  den Pneu aufgeklemmt werden kann und an  welchem die Endstücke der auf das Rad auf  zubringenden Schneekette lösbar befestigt  werden können, so dass durch Drehen des  Rades die Schneekette selbsttätig richtig auf  das Rad aufgezogen wird.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel ist in der beilie-_  genden Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar  zeigt:  Fig. 1. ein Rad vor dem Aufziehen der  Schneekette;  Fig. 2' zeigt die Einrichtung nach dem  erfolgten Aufbringen;  Fig. 3 und 4 sind Seitenansichten des  Bügels.  



  Das gezeichnete Gerät besteht aus einem  kreisförmig gebogenen Stahlbandstück 1.  Dieses bildet einen offenen. Ring. Die End-    stücke 2, 3 sind nach aussen abgebogen. Im  Stück 1 sind ausserdem zwei Zungen 4, 5 aus  geschnitten und nach aussen abgebogen, so  däss sie in Glieder der Schneekette 6 greifen  können. Das Gerät wird wie folgt benützt:  Der offene Ring wird über den Pneu 7  des Rades 8 gezogen. Dann werden die bei  den Endstücke des einen Endes der Schnee  kette 6 in die Zungen 5 eingeschoben, welche  die Kette erfassen und halten. Alsdann wird  das Rad 8 gedreht. Die Schneekette legt sich  auf den Mantel des Pneu, und zwar ohne wei  teres in der richtigen Lage. Die Endglieder  werden dann, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, miteinander  vereinigt und hornach der Bügel abgehoben.

    Der Bügel könnte noch mit einem Griffe ver  sehen werden, um ihn leichter von dem Pneu  abheben zu können. Da der Bügel federt,  kann er auf Reifen verschiedener Abmes  sungen benützt werden.
