Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines güpenfarbstoffes. In dem Hauptpatent Nr. 13605,0 ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wertvollen schwarzen Küpenfarbsto-ffes beschrieben,,bei dem man 1'-Anthrachinonyl-6=aminobenz- anthron mit alkalischen Mitteln behandelt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, .dass man eben falls einen Küpenfarbstoff von ähnlichen Eigenschaften erhalten kann, wenn man das aus 1 Mol. 6-Bzl-Dihalogenbenzanthron und 2 Mol. 1-Amino-5-benzoylaminoanthrachinon erhältliche Kondensationsprodukt mit alka lisch wirkenden Mitteln behandelt.
Der neue Farbstoff löst sich in konzen- trierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe, die nach einigem Stehen barünblau wird, und färbt aus graublauer Küpe Baumwolle in olivebraunen Tönen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> In eine Suspension von 90 Teilen Anilin natrium in 310 Teilen wasserfreiem Anilin trägt man; bei 150 C untern Durchleiten von Stickstoff 20 Teile des aus 6-Bzl-Di- brombenzanthron und 2 Mol. 1-Amino-5- benzoylaminoanthrachinon erhaltenen Kon densationsproduktes ein und rührt bei dieser Temperatur solange, bis die Farbstoffbil- dung beendet ist.
Die erkaltete Schmelze giesst man in verdünnte überschüssige Salz säure, saugt ab und wäscht mit Wasser aus, worauf der Farbstoff in der üblichen Weise isoliert wird.

It has now been found that a vat dye with similar properties can also be obtained if the condensation product obtainable from 1 mole of 6-Bzl-dihalobenzanthrone and 2 moles of 1-amino-5-benzoylaminoanthraquinone is treated with alkaline agents.
The new dye dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a green color, which turns blue-green after standing for a while, and dyes cotton in olive-brown shades from a gray-blue vat.
<I> Example: </I> In a suspension of 90 parts of sodium aniline in 310 parts of anhydrous aniline, one carries; 20 parts of the condensation product obtained from 6-Bzl-dibromobenzanthrone and 2 moles of 1-amino-5-benzoylaminoanthraquinone are introduced at 150 ° C. while passing nitrogen through it, and the mixture is stirred at this temperature until the formation of the dye has ended.
The cooled melt is poured into dilute excess hydrochloric acid, filtered off with suction and washed with water, whereupon the dye is isolated in the usual way.
