  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azophtaleinfarbstoffes.       Gegenstand dieser Erfindung ist ein Ver  fahren zur Darstellung eines     Azophtalein-          farbstoffes    von nachstehender Formel:

    welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass  man den     Monoazofarbstoff    aus 1, 2,     4-Amido-          naphtolsulfosäure    und     Resorcin    mit     Diäthyl-          amido-m-ogybenzoylbenzoesäure    im Verhältnis  gleicher Moleküle kondensiert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  36 Teile des Farbstoffes aus 1, 2,     4-Amido-          naphtolsulfosäure    und     Resorcin    werden mit  31,4 Teilen     Diäthylamido-m-ogybenzoylben-          zoesäure    vermischt und eingetragen in 300  Teile konzentrierter Schwefelsäure. 'Man  rührt 7 Stunden bei 70<B>0</B> und giesst hierauf    in Wasser; die     Farbstoffsäure    fällt vollstän  dig aus. Sie bildet getrocknet ein     bronzie-          rendes    Pulver, das in Wasser auf Zusatz  von Alkalien rein blau, in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure grün löslich ist.

   Die     nach-          chromierten    oder     nachgekupferten    Färbungen  auf Wolle und Seide des nach bekannten  Verfahren in das     Alkalisalz    übergeführten       Farbstoffes    sind grünblau und besitzen aus  gezeichnete Echtheitseigenschaften.

When dried, it forms a bronzing powder which, when alkalis are added, is pure blue in water and green in concentrated sulfuric acid.

   The after-chromed or re-coppered dyeings on wool and silk of the dye converted into the alkali salt by known processes are green-blue and have excellent fastness properties.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Azophta- leinfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Monoazofarbstoff aus 1, 2, 4-Amido- naphtolsulfosäure und Resorcin mit Diäthyl- amido-m-ogyberrzoylbenzoesäure kondensiert. Der Farbstoff ist ein dunkles Pulver, das sich in Wasser rein blau, in konzentrierter Schwe felsäure grün löst. Die nachchromierte oder nachgekupferte Färbung ist grünblau.
