  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Chlor und Brom enthaltenden     Küpenfarbstoffes. Isodibenzanthron    in Gegenwart von     Chlor-          sulfonsäure    und von Katalysatoren mit min  destens einem halben Hol. eines     bromieren-          den    Mittels behandelt.  



  Der erhaltene     Küpenfarbstoff,    ein chlor  haltiges     Monobromisodibenzanthron,    ist ein       violettblaues    Pulver, löst sich in konzentrier  ter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe und lie  fert auf Baumwolle aus blauer     Küpe    klare.  kräftige, violette Färbungen von hervor  ragenden Echtheitseigenschaften.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  In eine Lösung von 92 Teilen reinem       Isodibenzanthron    (dargestellt zum Beispiel  durch Reinigung über das     Oxoniumsulfat)     in 920 Teilen     Chlorsulfonsäure    tropft man    nach Zugabe von 1 Teilen Jod bei gewöhn  licher Temperatur 17 Teile Brom ein, rührt  einige Stunden lang und arbeitet in der  üblichen     Waise    auf.
