Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 138024.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen     Azofarbstofes.            Es    wurde     gefunclen,        da:ss    man einen  neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn  man -den chromhaltigen Farbstoff, der  durch     Behandlung    des     Azofarbstoffes    aus  der     nitrierten    1-     Diazo    - 2 -     oxynaphthalin    -     4-          sulfosäure    und     ss-Naphthol    mit     Chromfo:

  rmiat     in der Wärme und in     Gegenwart    von     Na-          trzumacetat    entsteht, mit     a.mmoniakalischen     K     ulrfersalzen    behandelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff ist in Wasser mit  v     io-lettschwarzer,    in 10 %     iger    Natronlauge  mit rötlich     braunvioletter    und in     konzen-          trierer    Schwefelsäure mit blauer Farbe lös  lich. Er färbt Wolle und Seide in schwarzen  Tönen an.

Kupfersulfat,    200 Teilen Was  ser und     GO    Teilen Ammoniak, versetzt,

   wobei  sich die     Chrom-Kupferverbindung        des    Farb  stoffes sofort unlöslich abscheidet. Diese Sus  pension wird     eine    Stunde auf dem     Wasser-          ba,cl    erwärmt, auf<B>50'</B> gekühlt, dann mit  10%iger     Schwefelsäure    schwach kongosauer  gestellt. Schon nach zirka     1/4stündigem     Rühren bei 50 bis<B>60'</B> ist Lösung ein  getreten.     Hierauf    wird der Farbstoff nach  dem Filtrieren, durch Aussahen abgeschieden.
