Description
Verfahren zur Gewinnung eines pharmazeutischen Präparates aus Poekellauge. Zur Konservierung von Fleisch wird ent weder der Nasssalzungs- oder der Trocken- salzungsprozess angewendet. In beiden Fällen wird die nach genügend langer Einwirkung erhaltene Brühe weggeworfen.
Es hat sich nun gezeigt, dass diese Brühe wertvolle Eiweissstoffe oder Abbauprodukte solcher enthält, und es wurde gefunden, dass man diese in Form ihrer Doppelverbindungen reit Guajacolstilfosärrr-en leicht frei von Fett und andern Stoffen erhalten kann. Als Gua- jaeolsirlfosäur-en verwendet man das Gemisch der Isomeren, wie es sich durch Behandlung von (xuajacol mit konzentrierter Schwefel säure bei Temperaturen unter 100 0 C ergibt.
Beispiel: 100 Liter Ablauge (Lack) werden mit 5 Liter 10 %iger Guajacolsulfosäurerr versetzt. Anfänglich wird die Guajacolsulfosäure gänz lich absorbiert und die Flüssigkeit reagiert nicht sauer auf Corrgo. Von einem gewissen Punkte au setzt sich die Säure mit dem in der Lösung enthaltenen Kochsalz um zu guajacolsulfosaurem Salz und Salzsäure. Die Flüssigkeit reagiert infolge der Anwesenheit freier Salzsäure stark sauer auf Congo, noch bevor alle eiweissartigen Stoffe sich in die Doppelverbindung umgewandelt haben und ausgeschieden sind.
Man fährt also mit der Zugabe der organischen Sulfosäure solange fort, bis nichts mehr ausfällt.
Die Elementaranalyse der aus der Poekel- lauge ausgefällten organischen Substanzen er gab folgende Zusammensetzung: <B>0</B> 36,360 fo, H 6,83 0/0, N 14,4 %, 0 21,7 /o, Asche 1,73 0,/o. Die Asche besteht aus Eisen, Phosphorsäure und kleinen Quantitäten von Magnesium. Das frisch gefällte Gemisch ist teilweise löslich in verdünnten Alkalien. Je länger und schärfer es getrocknet wird, desto schwerer löslich wird es.
Einen Schmelzpunkt Trat das Gemisch nicht. Beim Erhitzen ver kohlt es. In verdünnten Säuren ist es un- löslich. Durch konzentrierte Schwefelsäure tritt Zersetzung ein.

Example: 100 liters of waste liquor (paint) are mixed with 5 liters of 10% guaiacol sulfonic acid. Initially, the guaiacol sulfonic acid is completely absorbed and the liquid does not react acidic to Corrgo. From a certain point on the acid sets itself up with the common salt contained in the solution to form guaiacolsulfonate and hydrochloric acid. Due to the presence of free hydrochloric acid, the liquid reacts strongly to Congo, even before all protein-like substances have converted into the double compound and are eliminated.
So you continue adding the organic sulfonic acid until nothing more precipitates.
The elemental analysis of the organic substances precipitated from the Poekel lye gave the following composition: <B> 0 </B> 36.360 fo, H 6.83 0/0, N 14.4%, 0 21.7 / 0, ash 1 .73 0, / o. The ash consists of iron, phosphoric acid, and small quantities of magnesium. The freshly precipitated mixture is partially soluble in dilute alkalis. The longer and sharper it is dried, the more difficult it is to dissolve it.
The mixture did not reach a melting point. It carbonizes when heated. It is insoluble in dilute acids. Decomposition occurs due to concentrated sulfuric acid.
