Description
Verfalwen zur Darstellung eines ltüpenfarbstoffes. Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes beschrie ben, bei dem man Monohalogendibenzanthron mit 1-Aminoanthrachinon umsetzt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man eben falls einen neuen wertvollen Küpenfarbstoff erhält, wenn man 1 Mol Tribrocndicblordi- benzanthron, hergestellt durch Bromieren von Dibenzanthron in Chlorsulfonsäure bei 65 bis 70 C in Cxegenwart von Schwefel als Kata lysator mit 5 Mol. 1-Aminoanthrachinon um setzt. Hierbei kann man in Gegenwart von Verdünnungsmitteln, Katalysatoren und säure bindenden Mitteln arbeiten.
Der neue Farbstoff löst sich in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe und liefert auf Baumwolle aus grüner Küpe graue bis schwarze, hervorragend echte Fär bungen, deren vorzügliche Wasch- und Beuchechtheit besonders zu erwähnen ist und die beim Befeuchten mit Wasser die Farbe nicht ändern.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 39 Teile Tribromdichlordibenzanthron her gestellt durch Bromieren von Dibenzanthroii in Ohlorsulfonsäure bei 65-70 C in Gegen wart von Schwefel als Katalysator, werden in 1000 Teilen Nitrobenzol mit 30 Teilen Natriumacetat, 10 Teilen Kupfercarbonat und 57 Teilen 1-Aminoanthc-achinon bis zur Beendigung der Kondensation gekocht. Das Reaktionsprodukt wird wie üblich aufgear beitet.
