Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Darstellung    eines     Küpenfarbstoffes.       Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur  Darstellung eines     güpenfarbstoffes    beschrie  ben, bei dem man     Monohalogendibenzanthron     mit     1-Aminoanthrachinon    umsetzt.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man eben  falls einen neuen wertvollen     güpenfarbstoff     erhält, wenn man 1     Mol        Trihalogendibenzan-          thron,    hergestellt durch     Halogenieren    von       Dibenzantbron    in saurer Lösung; mit 3 Molen       1-Aminoanthrachinon    umsetzt. Hierbei kann  man in Gegenwart von Verdünnungsmitteln,  Katalysatoren und säurebindenden Mitteln  arbeiten.  



  Der neue     Farbstoff    löst sich in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe  und liefert auf Baumwolle aus graugrüner       Küpe    graue bis schwarze, hervorragend echte  Färbungen, deren vorzügliche Wasch- und       Beuchechtheit    besonders zu erwähnen ist und  die beim Befeuchten mit Wasser die Farbe  nicht ändern.

      <I>Beispiel</I>  Man kocht unter Rühren eine Suspension  von 70 Teilen     Tribromdibenzanthron,    herge  stellt durch     Bromieren    von     Dibenzanthron     in     Ohlorsulfonsäure,    50 Teilen     Natriumacetat,     15 Teilen Kupferoxyd und 70 Teilen     1-Amino-          anthrachinon    in 1000 Teilen     Nitrobenzol,     bis die     Farbstoffbildung    beendet ist; dann  arbeitet man wie üblich auf.
