Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     therapeutisch    wertvollen     Farbstoffpräparates.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  wertvollen     Farbstoffpräparat    gelangen kann,  wenn man auf den     Farbstoff,    der durch al  kalische Kupplung von     tetrazotiertem        Tolidin     mit     1,8-Amidonaphtol-3,6-disulfosäure    erhal  ten wird,     Natriumdesogycholat    einwirken lässt.  Es ist nach Wieland (Zeitschrift für physio  logische Chemie, Band 97, Seite 1) bekannt,  dass sowohl Gallensäuren, wie auch ihre Al  kalisalze mit organischen Substanzen Ad  ditionsverbindungen eingehen.  



       Beispiel:     300 Teile des     Farbstoffes,    der durch al  kalische Kupplung von     tetrazotiertem        Tolidin     mit     1,8-Amidonaphtol-3,6-disulfosäure    erhal  ten wird, werden mit 700 Teilen Natrium  desosycholat gemischt, die Mischung in 10000  Teile Wasser eingetragen und nach erfolgter  Lösung zur Trockne eingedampft. Die neue  Substanz bildet ein graublaues Pulver, das    sich in Wasser mit blauvioletter Farbe. löst  und das sich     vor    dem reinen     Farbstoff    durch  eine stärkere Wirkung auf Blutparasiten,  sowie durch eine geringere     Toaicität    aus  zeichnet.



  Process for the preparation of a therapeutically valuable dye preparation. It has been found that a valuable dye preparation can be obtained if sodium desogycholate is allowed to act on the dye which is obtained by alkaline coupling of tetrazotized tolidine with 1,8-amidonaphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid. According to Wieland (Journal of Physiological Chemistry, Volume 97, Page 1) it is known that both bile acids and their alkali metal salts enter into addition compounds with organic substances.



       Example: 300 parts of the dye obtained by alkaline coupling of tetrazotized tolidine with 1,8-amidonaphthol-3,6-disulfonic acid are mixed with 700 parts of sodium desosycholate, the mixture is added to 10,000 parts of water and, after dissolution is complete evaporated to dryness. The new substance forms a gray-blue powder that turns blue-violet in color in water. dissolves and is characterized by a stronger effect on blood parasites, as well as by a lower toxicity from the pure dye.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines therapeu tisch wertvollen Farbstoffpräparates, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf den Farbstoff, der durch alkalische Kupplung von tetrazo- tiertem Tolidin mit 1,8-Amidonaphtol-3,6-di- sulfosäure erhalten wird, Natriumdesogycholat einwirken lässt.
