Description

  

  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 108932.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Farbstores.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  Farbstoff erhält, wenn man     2,5-Dia,nilido-          benzochinon    mit einer Lösung von Chlor in       Schwefeldichlorid,    entsprechend der Zusam  mensetzung     8C1,    und zwar im Verhältnis  von 1     Mol.        2,5-Dianilidobenzochinon    zu  2     Mol.        .8C13,    bei höherer Temperatur behan  delt.

   Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein bräun  liches Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe löst und  Wolle aus der     Küpe        gelbolive    färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  5,8 Teile     2,5-Dianilidobenzochinon    wer  den in etwa der 20fachen Menge Nitrobenzol  suspendiert und dann unter Kühlung bei  etwa 5 bis 10   mit 5,6 Teilen einer Lösung  von Chlor in     Schwefeldichlorid,    entsprechend  der Zusammensetzung     8C13,    versetzt. Hier  auf wird auf<B>100'</B> erhitzt und das Gemisch  einige Zeit bei dieser Temperatur belassen.  Der neue Farbstoff wird sodann kalt fil-         triert,    mit Alkohol nachgewaschen und ge  trocknet. Die Reaktion kann auch bei Ge  genwart von säurebindenden Mitteln, wie  Kreide,     Mg0    oder dergleichen, durchgeführt  werden.

  <I> Example: </I> 5.8 parts of 2,5-dianilidobenzoquinone who are suspended in about 20 times the amount of nitrobenzene and then, with cooling at about 5 to 10, with 5.6 parts of a solution of chlorine in sulfur dichloride, corresponding to the Composition 8C13, offset. Here it is heated to <B> 100 '</B> and the mixture is left at this temperature for some time. The new dye is then cold-filtered, washed with alcohol and dried. The reaction can also be carried out in the presence of acid-binding agents such as chalk, MgO or the like.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2,5-Dianilidobenzochinon mit einer Lö sung von Chlor in Schwefeldichlorid, ent sprechend der Zusammensetzung 8C13, und zwar im Verhältnis von 1 Mol. 2,5-Dianilido- benzochinon zu 2 Mol. 8C13, bei höherer Temperatur behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein bräunliches Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit violetter Farbe löst und Wolle aus der Küpe gelb olive f ärbt.
