Description

  

  Verfuhren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarb-          stoffes    aus     diazotierter        Anilin-meta-sulfo-          säure    und     1-(3'-Sulfophenyl)-5-pyrazolon-3-          l@arbonsäureäthylester.     



  Der Farbstoff kann sowohl in Substanz,  als auch auf einer geeigneten Unterlage er  zeugt werden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  312 Gewichtsteile     1-(3'-Sulfophenyl)-5-          pyrazolon-3-karbonsäureäthylester    werden in  etwa 2000 Teilen Wasser und der äquiva  lenten Menge Soda in der Kälte gelöst, dazu  gibt man 180 Gewichtsteile     Natriumacetat,     kristallisiert und lässt in die so vorbereitete  Lösung eine in bekannter Weise erhaltene       Diazoverbindung    aus 173 Gewichtsteilen       Anilin-meta-sulfosäure    -einlaufen. Der gebil  dete Farbstoff wird durch     Aussalzen    abge-    schieden, filtriert und getrocknet. Er stellt  ein gelbes, in Wasser leicht lösliches Pulver  dar, das Wolle in sehr gleichmässig schönen,  gelben Farbtönen von sehr guter Lichtecht  heit anfärbt.

The dye formed is separated off by salting out, filtered and dried. It is a yellow powder which is easily soluble in water and which dyes wool in very evenly beautiful, yellow shades of very good lightfastness.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Azo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man diazotierte Anilin-meta-sulfosäure mit 1- (3' - Sulfophenyl) - 5 - pyrazolon-3-karbon- säureäthylester vereinigt. Der Farbstoff stellt ein gelbes, in Was ser leicht lösliches Pulver dar, das Wolle in sehr gleichmässig schönen, gelben Farbtönen von sehr guter Lichtechtheit anfärbt.
