Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarb-          stoffes    aus dianotierter     Anilin-ortho-sulfo-          säure    und     1-(4'-Sulfophenyl)-5-pyrazolon-3-          karbonsäureäthylester.     



  Der Farbstoff     kann    sowohl in Substanz,  als auch auf einer geeigneten Unterlage er  zeugt werden.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  312 Gewichtsteile     1-(4'-Sulfophenyl)-5-          py        razolon-3-harbonsäureäthy        lester    werden in  etwa. 2000     \feilen    Wasser und der äquiva  lenten Menge Soda in der Kälte gelöst, dazu  gibt man 180 Gewichtsteile     Natriumacetat,     kristallisiert und lässt in die so vorbereitete  Lösung eine in bekannter Weise erhaltene       Diazoverbindung    aus 173 Gewichtsteilen     o-          Anilinsulfosäure    einlaufen. Der gebildete  Farbstoff wird durch     Aussalzen    abgeschie-    den, filtriert und getrocknet.

   Er ist ein  oranges, in Wasser leicht lösliches Pulver,  der Wolle in sehr schöner, egaler, grün  stichig-gelber Nuance von guten Echtheits  eigenschaften     anfärbt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Azo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man dianotierte o-Anilinsulfosäure mit dem 1 (4'-Sulfophenyl)-5-pyrazolön-3-karbonsäure- äthylester vereinigt. Der Farbstoff stellt ein orange gefärbtes Pulver dar, das Wolle in sehr gleichmässi gen, schönen, grünstichig-gelben Farbtönen von sehr guter Liehtechtheit anfärbt.
