Description

Drive device for presses and winches. The present invention is a further embodiment of the Antriebvorrich device according to claim of the main patent.

In this training, two spur gear pistons sit loosely on the drive shaft and a coupling sleeve that can be controlled by hand levers is fixed in the direction of rotation, but axially displaceable, with one of said spur gear pistons having a spur gear fixed on the output shaft and the other spur gear piston a second, smaller one , on the work shaft drives a fixed spur gear via an intermediate gear.

In the drawing, an example of the new version of the drive is shown in vertical section.

On the drive shaft 1, a spur wheel piston 2 sits loosely, which engages in the spur gear 3, which sits on the working shaft 4 actuating, for example, the spin of a press. The wheel piston 2 can be engaged and disengaged by the coupling sleeve 5, which is displaceable on the drive shaft but is fixed in the direction of rotation, and when the sleeve 5 is coupled to the toothed piston 2, the shaft 4 rotates slowly or. the press is working.

In order to release the press, the coupling sleeve 5 is coupled to a spur gear piston 6 loosely seated on the drive shaft l, which engages in an intermediate gear 8 seated on a stationary bolt 7. The intermediate gear 8 engages in a gear 9 keyed to the working shaft 4. Through the intermediate gear 8, the spindle drive shaft 4 is rotated in the opposite sense as when driven by the spur gear 3. 10 and 11 are storage traverses, which derbalken 12 are attached to the Stän. Because the number of teeth on the edge 9 is smaller. than that of the wheel 3, an accelerated return of the working shaft 4 is achieved. The axial displacement of the coupling sleeve 5 takes place by means of a hand lever 13.
