Description

  

  Lagerungseinrichtung für Motoren mit schnellaufender, stehender Welle.    Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich  auf eine Lagerungseinrichtung für Motoren  mit schnellaufender, stehender Welle und ist  auf beiliegender Zeichnung anhand eines  Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.  



  Zweck der Erfindung ist die Erzielung  eines ruhigen, erschütterungsfreien Laufes  bei Motoren genannter Art. Versuche haben  ergeben, dass mit der Anordnung nach Er  findung dieser Zweck vollkommen erreich  bar ist.  



  Die Figur zeigt einen Elektromotor 1,  der mittelst seiner stehenden Welle 2 einen  Gegenstand 3 in rasche Drehung versetzen  muss. Damit sich dabei die Welle 2, die  ihrerseits auf ein Kugellager abgestützt ist,  zwanglos in die vertikale Achse einstellen  kann, ist das Motorgehäuse zwischen diesem  und dem treibenden Wellenzapfen in einer  Kugelkalotte 4 aufgehängt. Letztere liegt  mit ihrer abgerundeten Seite in der entspre  chend ausgebildeten Pfanne 5 einer Unter  lage 6. Gegen diese Unterlage 6 stützen sich  Blattfedern 7, die am Motorgehäuse befestigt  sind und das seitliche Ausschwingen der  Welle 2 begrenzen.

      An Stelle von einzelnen Blattfedern 7  kann auch eine elastische Platte in     Ring-          oder    Sternform usw. verwendet werden; fer  ner können zwischen Motor und der Unter  lage 6 statt Blattfedern auch Schrauben  federn eingeschaltet sein. Diese federnden  Organe können einstellbar gemacht sein.

  The figure shows an electric motor 1 which, by means of its stationary shaft 2, has to set an object 3 into rapid rotation. So that the shaft 2, which in turn is supported on a ball bearing, can adjust itself freely in the vertical axis, the motor housing is suspended between this and the driving shaft journal in a spherical cap 4. The latter is with its rounded side in the appropriately trained pan 5 of a base 6. Against this base 6, leaf springs 7, which are attached to the motor housing and limit the lateral swinging of the shaft 2, are supported.

      Instead of individual leaf springs 7, an elastic plate in the shape of a ring or star, etc. can also be used; fer ner between the engine and the base 6 instead of leaf springs and coil springs can be switched on. These resilient organs can be made adjustable.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Lagerungseinrichtung für Motoren mit schnellaufender, stehender Welle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Motorgehäuse zwi schen diesem und dem treibenden Wellen zapfen in einer Kugelkalotte aufgehängt ist. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Lagerungseinrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Motor welle in ihrer seitlichen Ausschwingung durch federnde Organe begrenzt ist. 2. Lagerungseinrichtung nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass diese federnden Organe ein stellbar sind.
